Great hospitality - wifi worked, hot shower, gym & late checkout avail. Falafel across the street

I spent good four nights at Ibis Amman, while it is not close to the city center it is located close to many shops, restaurants and cafés. Breakfast was included and it was excellent buffet with lots of good choices. My room was lovely, very spacious, lots of hot water and towels. A mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Very quiet room. I used the gym three times, small but good equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quite old. The room and bathroom are not clean. I request for non-smoking room but the room is still has smoking smell. The breakfast is ok. In front of the hotel has Mc’d, cafe and mall.

It was business trip to Jordan and stayed Ibis, it's old property but well managed other than some here and there. Breakfast list must be slightly improved

The location is strategy but this hotel is old, the room not looking nice.

It was good but not as i expected

This is a typical budget hotel in Jordan's capital. While it provides all the basic amenities, everything felt rather unpolished, haphazard, and somewhat rough around the edges. The hotel offers its own parking. Stepping out of the hotel, turn left and cross the street; within 100 meters, you'll find a large commercial complex. There, you can find a McDonald's, various other restaurants, and a decent-sized supermarket where we bought some water and snacks. As for the hotel itself, it's very basic and suitable purely for an overnight stay. In the morning, you can simply drop your room key into a designated box at the front desk for express check-out and be on your way.

It’s an old hotel, the rooms are old and dirty. You can’t open the windows. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The staff are nice though and the location is good

Very convenient, with a shopping mall right across the street.

The location is decent. There's a shopping mall with a supermarket right across the street. Also, across the street, there's a very popular local snack shop that's definitely worth checking out. The only downside was having to request bath towels, toothbrushes, and slippers to be sent to the room.

There aren't many proper restaurants nearby, but to the right, there's a small mall with a supermarket and a McDonald's. A popular dessert shop and a Domino's Pizza are just a three-minute walk away. You can exchange currency at the front desk. The room facilities are quite old, but for this price, it's a really good deal.

Room is not clean , walls , bath , toilet. Smoking room smells … the room smells bad is not healthy.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the hotel is old and needs maintenance, especially the bathrooms.

All I want to say is that this hotel is perfect and it will be the only hotel I book when visiting Jordan in the future .. top notch service from all staff and cleaning is on TOP 💪. Love the hospitality, cleanliness… breakfast , keep up the good work , will be back soon inshallah
