The location is fantastic, very close to The Shard and Borough Market. It's also quite convenient for getting to the airport, with London Bridge train station less than a 15-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, and they even had oat milk for coffee! The bedding was comfortable, there's air conditioning, and you can see The Shard right from your room!

Perfect location and nearby to the main sites with a Hollywood theme.

Everything was good. Location. Everything was walkable from there. Staff and Breakfast were great.

Quirky place with a Hollywood theme , comfortable room , quiet , couldn't connect to TV, weird when we can do this these days. Fantastic location really close to London bridge station. I would probably recommend breakfast earlier rather than later as it looked a bit jaded but the end, would stay here again

Disappointing points - I booked a 1 Queen Bed Room, but ended up with a 2 Single Twin Bed Room. - I paid in advance on the hotel reservation website, but they did not check it and tried to charge me again for the room rate when I checked in. - The TV in the room was broken and didn't work at all. - The soap in the bathroom was a pump type, but it was broken and couldn't be used. - Both of the two USB ports on the desk were broken and couldn't be used.

The hotel is not located in the centre of London. Underground not nearby (about 5' walk to Tower Bridge Station). The lobby is trendy. The room was clean, big enough for 2. The service was excellent! I had some questions about various things and the ladies were more than helpfull! I recommend this hotel to people who are used to walking. I wold book again.

Hotel location is great and close to train station. Nearby many restaurant and have Tesco supermarket, very convenient. I will stay here again if go to London.

I booked this hotel close to my travel date, and at nearly two thousand yuan, it was a bit pricey for a chain budget hotel. Breakfast was included, and while it was adequate, it wasn't particularly lavish. The hotel's location was acceptable; it's within walking distance of London Bridge Station, making it fairly convenient for getting around.

A great base for a London trip! Located near the city center, and everything is easily accessible by train and bus. The staff were always friendly and competent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. It was in a quiet location. The bathroom could use some updating, but overall it was clean. There was a free water refill station near reception. Leaving our luggage after check-out was also no problem and free of charge (for example, if our flight was late in the evening). Overall, highly recommended – thank you! – we'll be back!

The location is quite good, but the price is on the high side; the rooms on the first floor are very dark, which I'm not used to.
