The hotel location is amazing , the staff are super friendly & supportive , rooms are spacious & clean  Sheraton is always my favourite option in Amman

Amazing hotel with perfect amenities. Its location is also perfect and the service is perfect. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Service was great and breakfast was good too. When I checked in, the water pressure was so low I had to ask them to fix it. They sent an engineer right away which i appreciated but I wish there no issue to begin with. Same day in the afternoon, I heard some drilling noise which I didn’t think much because it was during the day, there could be some works that needed done. However, two days later I got woken up by the same drilling noise (felt like it was right next door) at 5:00AM. I called the lobby and it immediately stopped but when you’re jetlagged and every minute of sleep counts, this is the last thing you need. Overall, the place needs a renovation. The common areas are well maintained but the rooms are old and towels need to be changed.

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!
