Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

住在高層，晚上風大的時候，外面玻璃和建築外面狂響根本睡不着。服務感覺很刻意冷漠，沒有達到五星級酒店應有的水平。剛從死海凱賓斯基回來，感覺兩者服務差距太大了。

酒店位置可以，就是細節不行，洗手盆是壞的，水和紙巾都沒有。對不起這個價格
