Everything was great, i will come back next time, there was free drink when i checked in and checked out and a cute little gift, the place was very clean and the location was convenient to get around.

I like that they have private cubicles with curtain. Was turn down to store my luggage there first as i reach morning and check in time is 2pm. Imagine my shock when i walk 1km with my luggage just for the guy to ask me to go back to central station to store my bag in locker. This was a bummer !

Comfortable bed though my duvet had blood stains on them. Rooms were well equipped with bedsheets, your own locker (locked by card) and toilet was clean. Service was great and the cafe was nice too. Overall a great experience and good for solo travellers!

I had a nice stay at this hostel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is good because it’s out of the way of the super busy areas but close enough to walk to if you want to do that.

24/7 checkin very good location with good price staffs are very nice the room is very new, clean and comfortable

Nice location and facilities，easy to get around，and the staff here are really nice and supportive. The only trouble is that a 20-people dormitory can sometimes lead to unexpected noise in late night and early morning.

The hostel is clean and well located, the city centre is easy to go to with public transportation. The team is very kind and helpful.

a very nice hostel, solo traveler friendly. located in rather the centre part of the city, public transportation is just one minute away, restaurants & supermarkets are within walking distance. facilities are okay, but the cleanliness is five stars.

The hostel is strategically located; near Artis tram stop, which is a nice, quiet area. I stayed at a women's dorm which is located at the ground floor, just beside the receptionist desk. The staffs have pleasant personalities and welcoming. The dorm was fine for me. The toilet and bathroom are inside the dorm itself. The minus part was I needed to make up my bed and it was quite difficult as I was placed on top bunks. The rest I have no complaints as I just stayed there for a night.

Great place and location....staff were amazing very helpful...pods were clean and a convenient and had a safe locker for your belongings.

I had a very pleasant 2 nights stay here. Staffs were friendly and very kind enough to let me change bed. They even offered welcome drinks. How nice! Dorms, toilets and showers were well kept and clean. Adequate storage spaces. Individual curtain for little privacy for each bed. Location wise, it was easy to commute from here to the center and airport and other tourists spots. It was very near to the Artis tram station, just around the corner. There was a nearby Metro station that was within walking distance (for me). I would say it is well connected. Would totally recommend for solo traveller that is looking for a nice hostel to stay. This would be it.

Very beautiful location of the hostel, near big zoo, a bit aside from the noisy city center, but still approachable by public transport. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

My first stay at this hostel was quite enjoyable. Despite being my first experience in a dorm setting, the staff's politeness and helpfulness made me feel comfortable right away. I had great hopes for this place, seeing all the positive reviews. Upon arrival, the hostel was very quiet, so I thought it would end up being a very peaceful night - I was very wrong. I checked in and went to my dorm - and found out that my bed was the third up (two meters above the ground) and accessible only by a vertical ladder to the side of the wooden panel of the bed - this is extremely unsafe, moreover, you are made to make your own bed and imagine having to climb up 2 meters with blankets and sheets AND have to make your bed - near death experience. Anyways, I went downstairs to ask if they had any other bed available and they said they only had high up beds available. I understand bunk beds but two meters above ground is way too much. in addition to this, I barely got any sleep. I was constantly woken up by the sound of the door beep going off and on every time someone came into the room. I could hear the bathrooms flushing and my dorm was FULL of sick people coughing - terrible. I had to wake up this morning and head to work meetings after sleeping 1 hour or not even. When I went downstairs for check out, the guy at reception didnt know where the nearest metro station was - he said 'Sorry I don't know, I go with my skateboard everywhere' what kind of response is this?!?!? you are a receptionist at a hostel you should know where the closest metro station is. Only positive thing is the girl at reception when I checked in, she was lovely and positive. overall, 50 euros for nearly breaking my leg climbing a bed, not getting any sleep , and dealing with clueless receptionists in the morning was totally NOT worth it. avoid.
