The hotel was not clean at all, the food was very poor and there was no maintenance and the toilets were very dirty.

Very nice property with spacious rooms & excellent location, but it very badly maintained. Bathrooms are in bad shape old bucket, taps non functional. Then there is the issue of service. Food services need to improve. They really have to improve.

there were cockroaches 🪳 in the room and some on the bed also. stay was not at all good. u must improve the hygiene of your hotel. i did not take pictures

The photos that i saw in were very different from what i found out in reality. Very poor condition of the room. The bathroom is in poor condition. Breakfast is horrible. Very very poorly managed.

Hello sir, mam i am stay in royal castle with my family but hotel staff not providing any food he saying kitchen is close we are stay here 2 days but i face big problem for hotel kitchen is closed room friz also not working and bathroom all tap is not good condition. Im not clicked any pics in hotel room. Thanks
