Bilik luas beserta dengan bilik ***di air panas tersedia, s***ng bantal dan cadar seperti tidak ditukar, sabun ***di tidak disediakan, lokasi tersorok. Penyambut tetamu amat tampan dan ramah.

Hotel yang bagus tanpa lif. Bilik saya berada di tingkat dua. Budak perkhidmatan bilik membantu saya menaikkan bagasi. Hotel akan menyediakan anda dengan air minu*** panas yang bersih jika anda meminta. Tuan rumah sangat mesra begitu juga kakitangan.

Good enough with the price, they dont have heater and no lift

Wasted money

We booked a 4 bed room. It was spacious, neat, good bathroom size. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to stay a few hours more after checkout time. Since they did not have any booking for 4 bed room they let us stay for a few hours. Distance to golden temple is 500 mts. Like 5-7 minutes walk to the main entrance side. Mr. Aman was very considerate. Thanks

Everything was good and i am satisfied with this. And i feel good with this trip and have good experience in this hotel

This room experience is very bad. Fan and ac was soundly like a aeroplane. Bathroom cleaning was very poor. I have suggested to public not booking via make my trip. People visited the hotel than booking room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hi yesterday i had a stay at hotel smile residency i could say people just don't think of anything n post negative reviews but i m thankful that i chosen this hotel for my stay the staff members even the owner of the hotel was very helpful n ready to help the rooms were quite spacious n neat n clean. Value for money was affordable n overall could say the stay was great n awesome

The stay at hotel Smile residency was awesome 👌. The staff was friendly n attentive. From the moment we arrived we were treated as family n not as customers. The staff really knows how to make the guest feel special .Our room was really very spacious n with all moden amenities with beautifully design.The location was the prime thing in all Surely recommend this 🏨 hotel

The hotel was by far the highlight of the holiday the rooms the lobby everything was upto the mark the staff members were helpful and understanding to our needs the hotel was just few minutes walking distance to darbar saheb the room in which we stayed was cleaned time to time and well kept all time i would like to come to the hotel agin in future
