Overall, it was really nice. On the first day I landed in Tokyo, I could directly get to the hotel from Narita Airport. It was a bit late, but there were still many supermarkets and convenience stores near the hotel, and the prices were quite affordable. It was also very convenient to go to the Tokyo Skytree the next day. It's a pity that I made the reservation a bit late, and the hotel was fully booked, so I could only stay for one night.

PROS 1. The receptionist are helpful. 2. The location of hotel near with subway & JR. 3. Room size and facility can equiped for 2 person. 4. All ammenities equipment for your room can take at main lobby CONS 1. The rooms have aircond but due to winter, reception ask to guest open the window for air ventilation. During midnight & early morning you can heard train operation without alarm. Even winter session, your room are still hot ye.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and its staff. It is old and dirty. When you enter you can smell the strong smell of dust, we found hair in the bathtub. A lot of dust everywhere and overall the room was obviously very dirty. In my reservation it is written that they clean the room every 3 nights however after the first night the hotel staff entered the room moving and touching all my personal things and changing the sheets. The absurd thing is that new sheets were dirtier than the ones that were there before (look at the photos) but the thing that annoyed me the most was the hotel staff who, after this happened, huffed and asked us to sleep in those dirty sheets because no one could replace them at that time and after insisting the only thing I got in a rude way was some sheets that I had to change myself, by the way they were not for the whole change of bed and it was not for the dirty part. so I had to make do. after this happened, back in the room the hot water suddenly went off while I was taking a shower. the next day no one came to replace the dirty sheets. the bathroom has a terrible smell and is so small that to sit on the toilet you inevitably hit your head against the door. also to reach all the main places it is very uncomfortable and takes a long time. at the exit of the metro and in the streets to reach the hotel there are many drunk people. a guy was touching his private parts in front of everyone and continued to drink alcohol. really a bad experience!

Although not in the city centre but there is a metro station right in front of the hotel make it convenient to travel . Abundance of eateries shop and convenient shop . Price wise it is matching with the service and amenities .

Convinient location from Metro station and good quslity of brreakfast. Strongly recommend for northern Tokyo tay.

We had a very nice cheap stay here in Tokyo. 100 meters from the train station. Easy to access the public transport.

It was okay, but the elevator smelled of smoke. The aircon was not working. The space was very small but it was okay. Good value for money. The hotel is also near a subway station. so it was a bit convenient. And oh, it was also near a convenience store and other restaurants, so it was really ideal for tourists :)

Very small number. It takes about 1 hour by subway to the center of Tokyo. The subway is nearby. Also nearby is 7eleven and various restaurants.

Our stay in this hotel went smoothly: the room was not too small and had everything we needed. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot. The only considerable minus is its location, it took us about 40 minutes one way to get to the downtown stations like Shinzuku, Shibuya or Ginza. Everything else was above our expectations.

Great hotel that was easy to find. The room and facilities were all clean. The staff was very helpful despite the language barrier (helped us ship our luggage to multiple destinations). It's next to some nice local food options and shops.

Very small room and narrow bed to equip for 2 persons, the luggage really no place to put in the room .

Love love love super in love with this hotel! Nearby JR station, got many restaurants nearby and supermarkets 24hours ! Lobby have microwave to reheat our meals, and spacious lobby hotel. Got car parking as well so when we book car to Airport it’s convenient to loading our luggage. Super recommend.
