It was convenient for me as it was near the airport. The hotel was very clean & staff very helpful.

Hotel was very owesom . The location was very great it's a heart of city at the top floor... The top view of golden temple it's was golden movement ... At last but not least the staff was very helpful ... Mr Rahul as a night ***ager guide everything properly ...even in next time I will be gone there also.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

I stayed at two hotels in Amritsar, on two preceeding days to the one I stayed at the Ritz Plaza. One was the Lal kothi at raja sansi, by ITC group! I was not too happy as I was not looking for the standardised, monotonous, closeted, too formal and stiff westernised experience. I changed one hotel every day because I was looking for an authentic Punjabi hospitality experience while offering the touch of good class, which I finally got at the Ritz Plaza, complete with the yummy Amritsari dinner and breakfast. The vast lawns full of mango trees, the framed tapestries on the walls and the original building instead of the glass and chrome laden other hotels, lend it the rich, old world Punjabi air and charm. In addition, it is situated in a very calm, stately neighborhood, in the heart of Amritsar. The staff is seasoned, kind of family, who seem to have stayed with the hotel their entire career and that gives, the real, warm, loyal, relaxed Punjabi vibe! The MD, luckily happened to be around and he personally took the feedback and got a few things set right although the entire team is very professional and extremely good. One more suggestion to the management would be to please maintain the originality of the property, which they have done successfully till now. Keep it up! All the best!! Thanks..

We had done advance booking and made the full payment ,after reading the reviews of this hotel. I had booked another hotel initially but the reviews of this hotel Karan residency was better comparatively so cancelled the previous hotel booking, but I experience of the hotel was nightmarish, become of one Mr Gurpreet Singh, who gave us a horrible experience ever. From the time we reached hotel,he was outrightly rude and discourteous . The language was so dis respectful that I regretted cancelling my previous hotel booking. I think the reviews are either fake or paid reviews jus to fool people.. One of the experience was so bad that I am wondering how are they running hospitality industry !!! On Sunday night, I ordered for dinner ,room service at 10 pm, the food didn't arrive till 10:45 pm. When I called at the reception, to enquire, thos same Mr Gurpreet says that ”I assumed that you people would have slept so I did not send it upstairs”!!! I said,why would we go to off to sleep when we have ordered the food ? He said , when I called on the room,there was no response. I said there was no call made , he said that I jus assumed that I would have gone to sleep. By the time the food was delivered, it had turn out to b totally cold. There were many such experiences about his language,attitude and service!!!! In my opinion , this Mr Gurpreet needs some serious hospitality lessons to deal with his guests. I would not recommend this hotel unless the attitude improves and maintaining the respect of your guests is learnt. The rooms are jus OKAY !!! The hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. If you need hot water for drinking in kettle, since it was very very cold there ,they did not provide it. Please don't expect anything from this hotel. Only the cleaning staff,who are all ladies, did a good job in cleaning the room .

The stay was nice. The hotel was clean the rooms were clean and the washrooms were big enough. We have booked two rooms for two night. Room service was taking a lot of time. Even tea coffee was taking too much time to be served. But in restaurant they take minimum time

My family of 10 has most dis liked the hotel puri palace which was booked as package. As per make my trip the hotel room size is 270 sg ft, but the actual room size was half say maximum 150 sq ft. No service was offered which mentions facilities as per MMT like bathrobes, Tea / coffee. As per the manager their Air conditioner is not working since many days because some tourist kids has spoiled it. Shower doesnt work. So if you want the cheapest raat guzarna hai please go to some stay of Gurudwara but dont even prefer this hotel. The room no 204 if allotted, you will prefer staying on road. Moreover the manager is so rude who doesnt even want any reviews / comments. Book at your own risk.

Very good service by all your restaurant and bar staff. We came over for dinner and to have few drinks. The food was recommended by staff Mr Baldev was amazing and delicious. Baldave was very nice and helpful. Because of his courtesy and generosity my husband and his friends came back again the next day. All of them have good time and the atmosphere was amazing. Before leaving back to Malaysia, we came back to same place because of Baldave. We had good time and super tasty food. By the time we was about to hit back home, my son fell asleep and we couldn't get any grab back. Baldave was so kind hearted he booked olla service for us because it requires local number. Baldave even paid our ride back and didn't wanted to take any money from us. Definitely will come back again. Thank you to Mr Baldave for the great hospitality given and for taking good care of us.

Little disappointed with the experience. A few things that could have been better are related to the room facilities. The hair dryer was missing and had a gaping hole with electrical connections, the bathroom tap lever head had come off so adjusting between tap and shower was difficult especially when one is half wet and when the weather is cold, the mini fridge was making noise like an old person, french fries were given instead of fried rice during the room service, also it being a wedding venue, there were late night music sessions, although not loud when inside the room but still audible. Lastly the rooms had no views, directly facing a wall. Stay here if one only wants a decent place to stay while touring the city during the daytime. Room service and staff is courteous & prompt so only for that reason I am not rating the place with one star…
