Simply Amazing. This looks like a home converted to a hotel. I was little doubtfull when booking this hotel, but when I reached the hotel, I had a great experience. The hotel is indeed a walking distance from Jalianwala Bagh and Golden Temple. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Starting from the guy at front desk (my bad, I forgot his name) was super helpfull and polite. Check-in was utter smooth. He called us and inquired about when we are reaching or if we need any help locating the hotel. On our last day, he guided us on when to leave so that we can catch out train on time, since it was rush period. Since hotel cab was already booked, I requested him to arrange an auto for us to the railway station at 3:30. I did not had to remind him again and as soon as we reached back at hotel after having lunch, the auto was right there. The other person we took the services of was Jawahar (Hotel's Cab Driver). We booked hotel cab for our visit to Wagah border and this *** was amazing. He ensured that we are feeling comfortable and took care of our schedule. Since there were old aged members with us, he even ensured that they are not facing any issues. He.was knowledgeable and kind. Very soft spoken and courteous. Overall, it was an amazing stay, right from the Check-in to Complementary breakfast to our day trip to Wagah and finally to checkout. Thank you Hotel Exotic and the staff for making our trip a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Awesome location, just 2 min walking distance from Golden Temple. The food is also very good but my guess is they bring the food from outside and not from the hotel kitchen. Service was also average. Room sizes are average. If you have a big car like Traveler then you will face a lot of challenges to go the hotel. Faced a lot of challenges in locating the hotel on the first day. No big complaint but the location is both a plus and minus point for this hotel. Difficult to reach but very easy access to the golden temple.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Zimmer sowie die Dusche und WC sehr geräumig. Die erste Nacht war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Fenster haben sehr viele Löcher. Um Handtücher und WC Papier mussten wir mehrmals nachfragen. Wir wurden sehr unhöflich behandelt. Warmwasser gibt es nur zwischen Mitternacht und Mittag. Es hat keine Abfalleimer im Zimmer. Die Bettlaken waren gewaschen aber hatten viele Flecken. Für den niedrigen Preis und die sehr zentrale Lage akzeptabel aber *** sollte keinen Wert auf freumdliches Personal legen.

ROYAL VITANA the worst place and a big mistake to stay here, the interior is very good like a five star as per the hotel owner spend a lot to look it nice but the staff is trying to down the hotel we believe. We ordered tea in evening but till the dinner time there was no response back, washrooms are durty, pot was broken, towels are durty even the bed was in worst condition, water wasn’t clean, staff is not ready to listen us after taking the order, no hot water, no tea/coffee amenities and what not. I request the owner to change the staff or change the habbit of not doing the proper hospitality. Thank you
