Saya datang ke perhimpunan sarapan kontinental. Oleh kerana saya hanya seorang, jadi pelayan memberi saya setengah hidangan. Terdapat piring keju, piring ham, salmon asin, roti, Yogurt, kopi, buah, dan lain-lain, separuh tidak cukup untuk dimakan haha. 8⃣️ Taman belakang hotel adalah tarikan utama. Pada awalnya, saya hanya melihat gambar taman belakang sebelum memikirkan tempahan, tetapi pada musim sejuk di Amsterdam, cuaca tidak memuaskan, sama ada cuaca mendung atau hujan, saya melihat banyak gambar bersih, musim bunga Taman yang penuh dengan tulip sangat menawan. 👉 Halaman belakang Waldorf Astoria adalah halaman peribadi terbesar di Amsterdam, dan tersenarai sebagai warisan budaya dunia ~

Hotel is very nicely located in the centre of the historical canal ring area. I just stayed one night and did not have the opportunity to visit any of the restaurants. However, my major disappointment was in relation to the room service. After a long day I come to my room around midnight and decided to have quick dinner before going to sleep. I called the room service to order tomato soup (only choice) club sandwich with fries and a coke. After half an hour, I received a call saying that they ran out of soup. I asked why it took half an hour to figure out they had no soup, the gentleman on the phone was not apologetic. He said, I don’t know that is what they told me from the kitchen in a rude way. Then I waited another 25 minutes to receive my order. They forgot the french fries and brought a bottle of coke without opening the cap, no glass and ice. I called again they said they forgot the fries and the glass but they can bring it in a non apologetic way. In the mean time, I found a glass from the mini bar area which I usually hesitate to use since I am not sure how long they have been there. I also found a bottle opener for the coke. When I tasted my club sandwich, it was cold and the tasted bread was very hard to eat like a rubber. I seriously think this hotel has a problem with the room service which needs to be fixed starting from the chef to the person who has been answering the phone.

Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend we were in room 7 a double bedroom, had a really nice private bathroom, however it is at the front of the hotel and it is smack bag in the central so if you’re not a party person I wouldn’t get a front room as it’s rather loud at night. You get what you pay for basically The only thing that we weren’t happy about was the fact that the room doesn’t have a kettle and the drinks machine down stairs was free when we got 2 the hotel and then Sunday afternoon it said we have 2 pay for the drinks and it was €2 for hot water let alone the other drinks they offered, that’s not acceptable if your not going to provide a kettle and essentials in the rooms. so was very disappointed with this as who doesn’t like a nice cup of tea in the evening.

This is not for you if you looking for sleek, glossy international style hotel. But it’s a great place to stay if you want a hotel that’s a bit old fashioned but very comfortable and with a great breakfast. The position is outstanding on a canal right near to the centre of town. Ronald the host is extremely helpful. The breakfast is superb. We will definitely be back.

On arrival the hotel was extremely hot, on check in we were told not to turn on the air-con as it only expels hot air and to just open the window. When we got to our room it was too hot and opening our window wasnt enough. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist if she could provide us with a fan since their aircon isnt working given the fact that they have in the hotel description that they offer aircon. She was extremely rude and told me no, that they dont provide fans, and that she cant turn on the aircon just for me, despite the other party i was with complaining prior over the same issue, and another guest complaining to the receptionist about the same while we were checking in. After the first day past the receptionist came up to my room as she stated she had spoken to the owner and “convinced him to let her turn the aircon on” meaning it did in fact work and the owner was clearly just too tight to turn it on as it costs money. I paid for a room with a view on to the square with a measurement of 15m2, u can see in the photo i was looking out onto a wall. When I brought this to receptionist she stated that my friends room was suppose to be mine, and that we can swap, despite my friends room being advertised with a measurement of 13m2. When i stated that we paid for the bigger room and that my friends room was the smaller room out of the 2, she denied this and refused to change my room to the correct one i had paid for. When looking outside our window onto the wall, we noticed there was a window opposite us that was able to see right into our bedroom and onto our bed. so we tried to pull the blind down, when we done this it was evident that the blind was broken and hanging off the wall. When i brought this to the attention of the receptionist i was told i was “looking for things to complain about” and to just “pull the blind off the wall” as she had it stuck to the wall with velcro! When i questioned this she told me “it doesn’t effect your sleep” there was absolutely no apology or sincerity instead a horrible and rude attitude. Both mine and my friends room were filthy. There was dust everywhere, from the bed post, to the window sills. When u jumped on the bed dust would fly into the air. The cups provided for the tea and coffee facility where also full of dust. On check out we were informed we could not leave our cases in the hotel and had to walk 15 minutes in the rain to a baggage storage shop where we paid 15 euro to leave our bags. Absolutely nightmare from start to finish. Overall the hotel was not fit for purpose considering the price i paid for 3 nights. i have never had to complain about a hotel but this one was like nothing i have ever stayed in before alone with such rudeness from the receptionist (who also informed me she was the manager)

The hotel was extremely well located, easy access to many attractions and places of interest. Well serviced with bars and restaurants around the adjoining square. The hotel was clean and comfortable with it's own bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of these factors made this hotel good value for money. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Ietwat kleine kamer maar wel op een perfecte locatie. Kamer was schoon en van het hoognodige voorzien. Wij zaten aan de voorkant van het hotel en keken recht op het rembrandtsplein. Prijs kwaliteit is gewoon goed. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug bij ons volgende bezoekje aan Amsterdam.

We stayed here during kingdays, it a very nice location. It's in near of every shop, restaurants club and etc. Very clean hotel. Came across with Housekeeping supervisor Cristina very friendly staff which we request extra towels and coffe and she delivered so fast. Breakfast was also okay. Downside about it that there no airco in the hotel so it can get hotel. But you can open the window which okay.. other than that I would recommend and definitely coming back.
