Beautiful hotel with good services. Staff are nice. It is easy to go everywhere from the hotel! Great location!

This is my go to hotel in Amsterdam and I've never been unsatisfied in 5 years ! The hotel is in the PERFECT location : everything is from a walking distance , the facilities are really great ( dont forget to try the pool and sauna ) , and the rooms are cool and cozy ! Comparing to other hotels ( same budget / standards ) : I would say , the huge plus , is the room size , and the arty part of the hotel... What can be enhanced : I think some rooms need to be freshen up ( it's a small detail , but the iron provided in the room , is seamless and does not do anything ) ... Some other small details are as well to be enhanced ( sweetener / sugar was never re-provided in my room , although I have finished it on the second day ) ... TV system is extremely expensive

酒店服務很好,確實服務非常好。房間設施按5星配備了浴袍等。但是,衞生一般,淋浴間一股尿騷味兒,不知道是不是打掃衞生的服務員上了廁所在裏面,因為第一天沒有味兒,第二天才有。第二天也沒有打掃房間,只是鋪了床,什麼都沒有補,浴袍也沒有收拾。還把穿過的拖鞋放在沙發上,這是什麼操作?????除了房間大一點,地理位置好一點之外,服務好之外,硬件上有很大的瑕疵。GooGle上就4星,攜程上還是5星。

有二個清潔姐姐,非洲黑人冇笑容反應冷淡,另一個白人熱情有禮貌清潔房間不夠細緻,煲水壺放在櫃頂,完全找不到,睡在床上剛好看見!

必須及其誇讚的一家酒店。在火車站的對面,到哪裡都很方便。酒店設計很有藝術氛圍。樓下還有畫廊。餐廳是這裏的網紅,可以時間太趕沒有約上。房間很乾凈,設施也很棒,超乎我的預期。離店時,忘記拿走購物發票,無法辦理退税。回到酒店告知情況。因為已經打掃完畢,所以酒店和工作人員聯繫,經過仔細尋找打掃完畢的垃圾,居然找到了。太感謝了。

房間很寬敞,窗外對着其他房間,向上可以看見天空,一點點樓頂。連住三晚免打掃房間送了10歐酒店餐廳優惠券。房間沒有牙刷,可以在前台領取。房間內有膠囊咖啡,還配了小餅乾。
