Ulasan Wyndham Grand Qingdao

Hotel was empty, about 15% of rooms were taken, but when we asked for late checkout, they refused and asked for extra pay. In the rooms there were only glass cups, every other piece of tableware was not there. Located on the beach, could swim. Great staff.

Loved this hotel. The room was perfect with high ceilings, king size bed, large room, large bathtub, and separate shower. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Very quiet. Originally constructed in 2013 it doesn't show it's age at all.

The hotel is in a nice location with good access to beaches and pretty parks/coastal areas nearby. It is about 10 years old now, and there are some tired aspects like peeling wallpaper/ holes in curtains that are now visible in some rooms. The staff are outwardly friendly, but not very helpful, and a lot of complaining and following up was necessary for simple tasks like changing a room or getting it cleaned. The air conditioning also does not really work properly, at least on our floor, and any direct sunlight on the room can make the temperature uncomfortable. Food was again just ok, but often lacking in quality in terms of ingredients/freshness. Just about acceptable, but there is much better. The air conditioning issue was irritating enough that we will not be staying again. A shame as the location is nice.

Location is a hit or miss, Qingdao is a city where relatively small distances can translate in long cab rides as the traffic is horrendous therefore great location if you plan to stay in Hungdao (Golden & Silver beach area) and bad location in case you plan to visit downtown location frequently (factor in at least a 50 mins cab ride each way). Room, especially for the price paid was awesome, a bit dated but spacious, breezy and with full ocean view - great bed. Breakfast is a Darwinian affair - survival of the fittest as often happens in family oriented hotels in China and definitely cater to whom prefers quantity over quality, too bad since the restaurant was not bed at all. Staff was polite and helpful.

The best five star hotel on Qingdao, facility and room so clean, completly for breakfast, staff so humble and comfort stay in here.

We love staying at the Wyhndam. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The staff is very kind and accommodating. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from your balcony.

A good location, though the facilities are quite dated (and it shows). Common areas and our room were so dimly lit, it was quite dreary. Room was mostly clean, but we found a dead spider on the floor and it looked like it had been there a while. Shower head was busted and I had to basically press myself against the wall to shower as the shower head couldn't be adjusted. Service was quite good, though, and we loved that there were rental ebikes on the property.

Anne the receptionist that work there was the one who always making sure that I’m satisfied with my stay at that hotell.. it was a really great experience staying there.. splendid view, 5 stars amenities, comfortable bed, great service.. you know what i definitely would come back here again .. and bring my friends to experience it themselves.. and the food for service were very delicious too.. grilled cod, love it sooo much

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lovely selection for breakfast. Wonderful location if you like something quiet. Beautiful beach close to the hotel. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you for making my long weekend comfortable and convenient.

Better suit family holiday

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. Thank you Nina for our free upgrade. The room was spacious, big enough for an extra bed with room to spare. Room was also very clean. The German restaurant / bar was closed but Sean the hotel manager drove us to a nearby pub and restaurant, 1903, a must visit when you're in this area. We highly recommend eating at the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. Food was excellent! Big thanks to Lola and Judy for making our stay extra special and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again.

酒店的房間，餐廳各個方面設施都很好。房間有大陽台可以看海景，可惜這個季節天氣狀況不太理想，沒法下海踏沙。服務員熱情禮貌，走到哪裡都有問候，還有管家實時關注是否有需求。季節淡，熱心不淡，很值得來體驗一番。
