I liked everything about it, just how I like the hotels and in a centric area. Only thing is it could be a bit loud but over all a 10/10

The bellboy is great, is the best part from the hotel !! The rest need get an identity, probably when was a Hard Rock hotel was a much more nice vibe.

Favorite location in Amsterdam. 2nd floor corner suite with balcony on leidesplein is the best room in the city. Staff is magnificent. Have stayed here for decades and it is always a great experience. Walk to the great museums, ******, Hard Rock....great location. American Cafe and bar are a must any time you visit the city. Room service is always fast and terrific.

The property was nice.. though stains in my hotel room floor mad it less so. The room was cleaned but rubbish not taken away. The balcony was marred by cigarette ends and burn marks.

Hotel staff were nice. Hotel is in a good area and rooms were nice with great views and lovely balcony.

Everything was better than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby, restaurant and public areas were absolutely beautiful. The room was nice sized and comfortable. The location was superb with two different tram lines just outside the door as well as a variety of canal cruises and hundreds of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. I hope it maintains its family friendly environment as we felt comfortable there.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Only complaint was that I didn’t upgrade to a larger room. I never caught the fact that the double bed was pushed up to the wall which made getting in and out of bed a slight issue. Otherwise perfect!

Expected to arrive at the Hard Rock, arrived at the Clayton, whatever that is. Rooms were dirty and not very well cleaned, stains on furniture. Very noisy due to trams running outside window all night. Pretty average experience, disappointed as we were looking forward to staying at the Hard Rock.

Nice hotel but not what we booked. Booked for a Hard Rock hotel and was not notified of the change of ownership. Very poor management of existing customers / bookings. Terrible customer service! Nice stay otherwise, just not what I booked

Great stay, everything was great. Loved the bar and the room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Quite pricey but you always get what you pay for.

This is a great hotel, even though we arrived after 11pm we were greeted very warmly and checked in very efficiently. The room was clean & tidy and bed really comfy. We loved the decor. We hadn’t booked breakfast but this wasn’t an issue and we’re able book as we walked in. The Concierge (David) was extremely helpful and gave us really good tips. The location is also great right next to the tram system and in easy walking distance of the Van Gogh museum. All in all we had an excellent time staying here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fine. But I would say it’s a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. The staff is very young and unprofessional. And the room I got was very very dark, there was only one window which was broken- so the room was extremely gold. And the heather in to bathroom didn’t work. Also my room was above the kitchen. So at 7 in the morning, my rooms smelled like a pizzeria. It’s was fine. But not worth the money

We will definitely return to Amsterdam and this will be our hotel again
