Nice hotel to stay for short stay but not if u are there for sight seeing. Good for business travellers as it’s near train station.

First time in Netherlands & Amsterdam. The experience was not bad at the hotel.

Overall it was nice experience. Grate location.

No refrigerator and no kettle inside the room.

It was a nice stay even if its 1 night. we will come back again here in the future 😊

整體來說，這間酒店是不錯的，它鄰近station Zuid, 而具lobby還提供免費咖啡和茶，還有微波爐給住客加熱食物，非常貼心。 房間是大的，可以夠位置打開兩個26吋行李箱。可是，房間還是比較暗，床頭的木板有點鬆，睡覺的時候只要挪動身子, 木板就會有聲響。有些小地方，比如床邊，淋浴間比較不是太乾淨，不過對住宿體驗沒有太大的影響。

酒店好乾淨，服務不錯，地理環境都好好，好近地鐵站，而且有得自助斟嘢飲～～～～～～～～～～～～～

If travelling on business this is a well located, no frills hotel (probably more 2-3* by UK standards), right by Amsterdam Zuid (only 10mins from AMS). really friendly and helpful staff. Basic rooms (no drink making facilities windows are an option!) but that will do for many. There are no in-room drink making facilities but a free facility by reception. Does offer breakfast but it is very expensive and (personally) not worth the cost. Avoid ground floor rooms near reception/facilities as these are noisy and close to smoking areas.

I was in the Zuidas area for an evening meeting so didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was very friendly with my 3 interactions with them (check in, asking for guidance for the area and check out). There is online check in/out so you don’t even need to interact if you don’t want. The room was practical and clean. The shower was hot and strong. Ironing stuff was available via reception. For 1 or 2 nights it’s great. If you were staying longer, you might want more space for hanging clothes. At literally 3 mins from the station and ＜10 mins to a whole array of restaurants it is really convenient. I recommend Market 33 if you are looking for a slightly different eating experience (or range of food). Would definitely stay again

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights while visiting Amsterdam for the Music on festival and we are really impressed with our stay here. The location is ideal; it has a train station right next door meaning easy access to the centre (10-15 min). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the shower was lovely. Overall, we have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again.

Worst hotel experience ever! The room was way overpriced for what looked like a lodge or youth hostel, with shower cabin as part of the bed. The window could not open and the room temperature adjustment did not work so the room was 22'C which is way too high to sleep. On top of that the walls were so thin I could hear the person next door snoring! :-(
