Amazing location, breakfast, staff, besutiful room and decoration

The hotel overall is fantastic given such price in Amsterdam. Although it is a bit away from city centre and metro station, the facilities and room are clean and spacious.

It is a modern hotel with good furnishings. Everything was good except it’s a bit far from the station and the housekeeping did not change the sheets, other than that all good

We stayed at this hotel from check-in to check-out, and unfortunately, our experience was not great. The room was freezing cold, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. After mentioning it to the staff, they provided a space heater, but it was not sufficient to make the room comfortable. Overall, the lack of a properly functioning AC and the cold temperature made our stay less than pleasant. Would not recommend unless the HVAC system is fixed.

Hotel was very clean, modern and safe for a family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

At a quiet spot at the brink of the city, perfect for us given the need to be at RAI for conference every day. The metro is a short 5mins walk away. Service and breakfast are great, amenities are basic, would have appreciated a heads-up to bring own toothpaste, toothbrush and hair conditioner. In-room smart technology is unreliable and create couple of inconvenience, especially in the morning when it decides to stop work and we are left with no lights to turn on.

Unfortunately the metro station has been closed. The distance from the other one is about 800 meters by the foot.

Very clean, the room is teach savvy although the voice commands didn’t work in our room.

It seems everyone was here for Taylor’s concert during my stay, and the hotel itself is just mediocre.

The floor on the bathroom contains limescales. The bed is not stable and fixed, and can be easily moved - which is not ideal for a safe and comfortable sleep environment. And the WiFi can sometimes be really slow. When I asked the reception staff, she simply asked: “you are the first one to say so.” In a somehow arrogant tone. Such a response is not precessional and makes me feel very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is very nice, 4min walk from the subway station. The breakfast was amazing. NB: the hotel doesn't accept cash so please make sure you have a debit or credit card with you.

Room items not refilled. A/C is too cold, Wifi is slow. Decent hotel otherwise.
