Not sure what the fuss is about on the reviews; it’s a €30 a night, 21 bed mixed dorm. It’s not going to be luxury. Don’t come here if you’re looking for boutique travel but was perfect for me and my 4 mates backpacking around Europe. Very loud at night as right by a ***** of bars but you trade that off with its location in the heart of Amsterdam. Beds aren’t great and there is no air con so the rooms are baking at night.

Nice hostel in amsterdam clean nice staff very good location’ amsterdam is very nice room are big in a dorm nic atmospher. Many restauranst at the location’ central staion is vey near and thrams are very close

I am beyond enraged with the customer service due to the lack of compassion and reason. I booked a reservation on Monday June 10, 2hrs later I called to cancel because my plans with my group tour cancelled. Amsterdam was a pre-trip, but since the trip was cancelled I wasn’t going in that area. I spoke with someone late at night, they said they could t access the system. I then called first thing in the morning and buddy was contacting his colleague and was working through it. Because of these calls and no response from your team to speak to a manage I also incurred a long-distance chargers.
I am upset with your hostel because your empathy, after calling 2hrs of booking and the next day, is just that hostile.
I will not recommend you to anyone.

The location is perfect .. everything you need is near to you in the middle of the city .. it would be a great option if you are planning to discover the night life in Amsterdam .. if a good sleep is one of your priorities this hostel is not for you

They have BED BUGS!! I have pictures of getting bit multiple times on my arm, back, leg & feet. I also took videos of the bed bugs when they woke me up at 3am.

Hello. I am still waiting for my refund. I traveled a great distance and expensive Uber to come to your hostel and once I arrived the gentleman said I was too old so I had to pay again for an Uber to take me somewhere else. My confirmation was 42850612. $205.95 US dollars

I do not recommend this hotel, it is very dirty and there are bedbugs in the dormitories. I made a terrible allergic reaction due to theses bugs and the manager don’t even reply to my e-mails. I called several times and tried to find an arrangement with them but they don’t even respect their customers enough to reply. Don’t stay there it is terrible and expensive.
