The location of this hotel is excellent, and the tram station is just a few steps away from the hotel. One can easily commute all the attractions in no time. I feel they can provide few more amenities for the price they charge. 24/7 reception is available, so you no need to bother about the late check-in which is beneficial for few travellers.

非常差！完全沒有想過！隔音超級差！隔壁房間洗澡開水説話開門都聽得一清二楚！最恐怖是剛睡着！12點的時候隔壁房的外國阿姨不知道碰到什麼！傳出火警類似聲音！嚇得我們趕緊起床！響了幾下就沒有了！真是恐怖經歷！退房11點，問可以12點退房嗎？説要付20歐元的費用！熱水忽冷忽熱！以後都不想入住！

MERKEZE ulaşım çok kolay tramvay durağına 2 dk mesafede. 4 nolu tramvayı kullanmak gerekiyor.

В данном отеле не довелось остановиться. Оставляю отрицательный отзыв, так как отель не вернул деньги. Не заселился по причине форс-мажора. Отель не лоялен к своим гостям.

This Place is a Dump Avoid at all cost, The Place smelt of urine and vomit, i stayed one night and moved out, The cereal for breakfast was stale and the eating area reeked of stench, They charged me $10 euros for a half bowl of stale cereal , and refused to give me a refund for the two unused nights i cancelled, staff are rude and uninterested, the Area around this hotel is a slum and full of homeless people, the area itself also stinks rubbish everywhere. they didn't provide soap and the bed linin was stained. i left there itchy and bites on me, if this place was in Australia it would be put out of business by the health depar**ent. Save your money and invest in a decent hotel as in the end you will move out and with no refund lose your money .

24 hour reception for a small hotel was very good. Daily room service even though our stay was for several nights

Room was unavailable on arrival. No effort was made to contact me and the staff seemed disinterested in correcting matters. I was offered one room in a poorly reviewed hotel 5KM away from my booking. I would suggest avoiding this hotel. Motel One down the road luckily had a cancellation and were infinitely more professional and just generally a better place to spend your time and money.

Room with a single bed is small but OK for 1 person who wants to be in a good location. The small pillows provided are not good. They should be replaced with full size latex pillows for better comfort and support.

It is a very nice building. The breakfast was good, but the room was terrible. The mattress kept sliding off the bed. The toilet seat kept sliding around after my husband fixed it. There was no working fan in the bathroom either.
