Ulasan Best Western Plus Toronto North York Hotel & Suites

Kami bersenang-senang. Terdapat beberapa butiran kecil yang dapat menggunakan peningkatan. Kami mengambil sedikit masa untuk mengetahui bahawa untuk menyalurkan jakuzi, kami mesti mengeluarkan penutup longkang secara fizikal kerana ia tidak bersambung dengan tongkat itu di atas keran. Ruangan itu agak gelap, dengan lampu masuk tidak berfungsi, dan tidak ada lampu periuk dan hanya lampu, salah satunya mempunyai 2 lampu dengan cahaya yang berbeza. Beberapa botol air juga bagus. Walaupun ia bebas rokok, lorong itu berbau seperti asap. Tetapi secara keseluruhan sangat berbaloi untuk harganya.

It was dirty, there was poop in the toilet so they had to change rooms. doesn't include water or toothbrushes. there is no light fixture in the center of the ceiling. for the price, you just expect better. the sheets were also all stained.

酒店位置：步行500米，可到達公交車站，乘坐36A，到地鐵Finch West站。 酒店設施：健身房、游泳池、大片停車場。 房間內：微波爐。買好麪包可在裏面加熱。 客廳兼餐廳，與卧室分開。光是洗臉池、浴缸，就有兩套。一套連着客廳，一套連着卧室。 900米外有購物中心。

對得起這個價格！

性價比很低，就和國內的如家環境差不多，衞生條件一般，也沒什麼服務可言

check in took 35 min. the client in front of me took ap the time. check in the room . found kid Crayons in the closet. open yogurt in ice bucket . old pizza box and garbage in night table. microwave has not been cleaned in months . lobby kids running around. this hotel has people living there month by month. day time front desk manager does not how to talk to people.

Although the hotel looked great we were not happy - the bed had NOT be changed and was dirty, we were moved to another room where I checked the bed and was clean so accepted it - went to use the washroom and the sink was dirty with whiskers all over it - called again and someone came to clean it! Spoke to the manager this morning and never once did he apologize! I also told him that the elevator doors were all black hand prints and only made an excuse that hadn’t been cleaned yet! I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed at Best Western’s in many towns across the US and Canada but this was our first bad experience!

Staff was friendly and very cooperative. I got there early and they me check in before 3pm

Staff was attentive; but hotel was full of noisy kids at night & the overall cleanliness was to be desired

My bedroom was not clean and my bed was not make up had no clean towels had to call front desk for towels in the night after i come back from my outing poor service

Stay was good; kids got kicked out of the pool for being loud (here for basketball tournament) so that ****** for them. Aside from that no issues.

The pool was nice, had a warmer temperature than most. Rooms were a bit small, aging in corners but otherwise alright for the price we paid.

Like that rooms were quiet and comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
