Incredible building And room with great space And feel. I wasnt very well one the last day of my stay And the Male receptionist was a legend giving me tea And advice how to get better. Felt like a friend at the desk, was a great vibe. Only downside is the Wifi would come And go as they only have 1000 IP address's so sometimes it drops out after a couple hours. Would defo stay there again, great value for money when i went

Konum olarak her tarafa yakın olması çok iyi.çalışanlar yardım sever tek sıkıntı dışarının gürültüsü tek gece kalmak için çok ideal tavsiye ederim.
Hotel Vondel Garden City Centre

We stayed in a large room with 2 single and one double bed and extra room at back. Hotel backs on to Vondel Park so very quiet. Free coffee, hot chocolate, latte etc and yogurt from the lobby besides quite adequate bagged breakfast to start the day. Some might like a closet and fridge. Easy walk to museums, shopping, restaurants, canals and tram stops as well as AirPort Express bus. I’d stay again.

I recently spent three nights here. This was my first time visiting Amsterdam. The hotel is located in the museum area which made it easy to get to the Van Gogh and Rijks museums. It is close to public transportation (Trams 2 and 12 and the 397 Bus to the airport). The hotel is located on a quiet street. It is an older property. There is a small lift and a nice first floor common area where breakfast is served. There is also an outside patio. Hotel staff were all friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. The information binder in my room was great - included nearby restaurant recommendations. My room was small but comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. The scrambled eggs were nice and fresh. I would stay here again.

I wrote this review as an email to the hotel two weeks ago, but never got an answer. So: staying at this hotel absolutely did not set our expectations. First of all, when I booked the room, I was told it costs 216 €. But in the end I was charged 235 €. I thought I would not mention this, but in the end the room definitely did not reach the standard of such a high price. 1. The floor was sticky. 2. The wood of the table under the sink was all shattered and swollen. Worse than in a youth hostel. 3. When we arrived, there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the drain under the shower. 4. There were obvious drips of urine on the toilet seat. 5. The second part of the dual-flush did not work. 6. When we came back from the show we attended, the reek in the bath room had gotten worse, but it was late and we did not want any hassle. 7. In the morning, the smell had become an abominable stench in the bath room. My girlfriend nearly threw up and couldn’t even use the shower. It was so nauseating that I had to reach out her tooth brush since she could not make one step into the bath room. All in all, the room was much too expensive for what it was. A pretty poor experience. Actually, I am not that kind of complaining person, but this honestly was close to a fraud.
Quentin England Hotel

Bit gutted with the Quentin group. I’ve stayed with Quentin group across Dam 18 times in 15 years so good customer. Firstly booked in March. Within 30 seconds I realised I’d booked wed-fri instead of fri-sun. I not only emailed but phoned too, left message and begged to move dates slightly back. They came back and refused….oh well. Booked ‘luxury’ twin room with balcony so we could sit outside at night and relax and first thing with coffee. Room was fairly clean - pretty dust on floor. Plug points really only an adapter of 6 euro plug holes under the tv, the only other is one next to light switch in wall, none next to bed - not end of world. On late arrival no cushions on balcony furniture, just dirty ratten sofa and table. Next morning asked at reception who said he was really sorry and would sort it. I let him know we were out the room now. Came back late at night to find nothing sorted, not even some extra bed pillows to use….the rest of the balcony was made of decking and very uneven and sloping forward-not the sturdiest. Not exactly high handrail over to garden below either. So sitting down was best way to enjoy and was very uncomfortable without cushions. Walls thin as is most hotels in dam, not their fault but meant constantly hearing noise / this was 107 on first floor so lots people up and down stairs. Beds quite narrow tbh. You could turn over but had to be cautious. Ceiling also very water stained and doesn’t look nice waking up in morning. However very clean shower and very hot water in abundance, really friendly staff offering free breakfast cause of cushions, clean and tidy foyer and lovely area. I would stay again. However the cost of their single person rooms now are just not worth it I’m afraid / nice hotel and area right by vondlepark and leidesplein and supermarkets etc, but single rooms not great x
