Ulasan Sheraton Park Hotel at The Anaheim Resort

Standard American experience. Front desk was talkative while bellman and front desk in the morning gives cold faces.

We were woken up early at 7 AM both mornings of our stay. Employees who were on strike used a loud megaphone and drums and banged and screamed outside of our hotel room. The hotel did not compensate us at all for this inconvenience. Also not all of the restaurants and amenities were open due to a lack of workers. 

Clean and good amenities, convenience location and easy to walk to Disneyland

Good location with sufficient food nearby and proximity to Disneyland (walk is about 10 to 15 minutes) Room was clean and staff were excellent. Recommended.

Terrible experience! There’s a strike going on agains the hotel so the ex employees would come around the hotels and make loud noises to wake the guests up at 6 in the morning. I am traveling with my family who had special needs and came from overseas to visit me. I decided to take them to Disney as my treat. But the experience is just so terrible that no one even showed up to stop the protesters. Our second day at Disney was so tiring due to the protests. When I reached out to the front desk, I was told to “call the Anaheim police station myself”!?!???

Perfect hotel next to Disneyland. This was our second booking here. Employees are nice and helpful. Room is clean. Love the view of Disney. You can see the fireworks from the room if you get the room with theme park view.

We stayed over night to go to Disneyland. We did not use any of the amenities, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Travel with family. Hotel is Clean, comfortable beds and pillow.

We found an used syringe needle in the corner behind the sofa chair!! House cleaning did a poor job! It was extremely dangerous especially that I was traveling with 2 little kids!

I moved over to this hotel after a 3-day stay at another location and next year will book the whole week at this location! Close to the parks, close to the Convention Center and a great staff. I loved it! The room was great! We were sad not to have a Disney fireworks view at first but the pool view was tropical, lush and we loved it! Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was packed though due to some filming event. Five minutes walking distance to the Convention Center. From the negative: I used a pool and jacuzzi and both were clean but too much chlorine..

The hotel was very nice with the recent renovations but as their ongoing there was some impact to our stay. Long lines and waits at the elevators no matter the time and the room did not ever cool down with a/c but those weren’t horrible! The room was really pretty, my daughter told the front desk agent it was her first time at Disney so he gave us a high floor overlooking the park. The pool was amazing. There is a bar in that area but it’s only open limited time. The staff at that bar was not as accommodating towards close of their shift but we still enjoyed the pool every morning and evening. The landscape was beautiful and the location was great! We watched the fireworks at Disney from our balcony every night. There was no room service.
