Hello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

Perfect affordable hotel walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast included a bonus. So close we came back for an afternoon rest. Close to 7/11, CVS and Wallgreens for all of your snacks and essentials. In house laundry to wash clothes also a bonus.

Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there. Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

My sister and I stayed here for our Disneyland visit. They gifted candy and birthday balloons in the room , so thoughtful! The room was clean , the hotel smells very fresh and the staff is very friendly. We greatly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

在景區，房間很寬敞，衛生一般。早餐選擇比較多。前台態度很冷，房間裏的電視遙控器不好用，打電話給前台，讓我下去換電池，我跑下去換了還是不好用，又打電話，工作人員來修好了。洗澡后發現沒有電吹風，打電話給前台，前台說要是找到多餘的就給我送過來，真的無語，三星酒店，電吹風應該是標配，怎麼變成有多餘的才給？我等到頭髮幹了也沒有送來。 還好衹訂了一晚，後面的行程都轉到另外一個酒店了。

Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend It. This is our second time at the Camelot, and it was just as great this time (8 yrs later). We booked the ADA Family Suite because we were traveling with my 79 year old mother. I also had my daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren. We booked with my husband's military discount but he had to back out of the trip. Michelle was great and was still able to get us a good rate. The suite was great. It was clean and spacious with two handicap accessible bathrooms, one with a tub, the other with a shower. The staff was so friendly, although they didn't clean rooms daily because of Covid, they checked on us daily and made sure we were stocked up on everything. The beds were so comfortable, which is vitally important when you've been walking all day in the park! One Stop Mobility (located on the bottom floor) was amazing and provided my mom with a nice scooter that made it possible for her to get to Disneyland easily. The laundry room (also on the bottom floor) was small (3 washers 3 dryers) but no one was there so it wasn't a problem. The pool was saltwater and not very warm but not freezing either, There is a hot tub also. I love the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland. It is very close which is so important when you have a bunch of tired kids who just want to get into a warm shower and sleep. There is also a 24 hr McDonalds right next door, and a Panera Bread right next to that for breakfast or late night snack.

I really appreciate Elizabeth and Miguel at the front desk. They were AWESOME! There was a little hiccup at checkin but they were able to clear it up and help us to our room. We really appreciate the kindness, effort and professionalism. Trip.com was also awesome! I called trip.com’s 24/7 service and didn’t expect to get a person but they picked up immediately and called the hotel immediately to clear everything up. It is our first time using trip.com. We will definitely use the service again. We needed a place to stay the night so didn’t spend much time in the room. It is a hotel room with the necessary amenities for a nights stay. That was all we needed. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again.

酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。
