Hotel Analamanga dengan Spa

I was traveling for work, and the first part of my trip was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even found me a doctor when I got sick one evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was pretty reliable. But it was a loud hotel. Initially there was some construction going on outside the window of my room, so even when my room got a bit stuffy it was hard to keep the window open long because of the noise. Then later in the week there were about 200 young athletes staying in the hotel and it descended into chaos. It's a really well-located hotel, and so you may still choose to stay. If you find it too loud, I recommend walking around the corner to Paradise Restaurant (actually I recommend this anyway!) the atmosphere is a peaceful buzz of excitement and the food is delicious!!

Les chambres sont propres et l'hôtel bien situé, proche des centre d'affaires. çà a facilité mes déplacements. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Encore merci pour ce superbe séjour. Je recommande particulièrement pour vos voyages d'affaires à Tana.

今までに２回宿泊した。 古いホテルではあるが、ロケーションが良く、朝食やスポーツジム、スパといったホテルのサービスには満足できる。 しかし深夜、ホテルスタッフが合い鍵を使って侵入してきたことがあった。 2023年8月19日から20日にかけての深夜2時30分に合鍵を使って男性のホテルスタッフが女性を連れて入室してきた。 私が怒鳴ったら彼らは慌てて出て行き、しばらくの間二人は廊下で口論していた。その後「空いている部屋だと思って開けてしまった、ごめんなさい」とスタッフから電話がかかってきた。 翌日フロントに苦情を言いに行ったが、レポートされておらず、スタッフの中でもみ消された様子。今のところホテルからの正式な謝罪はない。 宿泊する方はドアの前に椅子やスーツケースを置いて物理的にドアを開けられないように用心した方がいい。 I have stayed here twice now. Although it is an older hotel, hotel services such as breakfast, gym, and spa are satisfactory. However, one time, the hotel staff used a duplicate key late at night to gain entry. On August 19-20, 2023, a male hotel staff member entered the room with a female using a duplicate key at 2:30 a.m. When I yelled at them, they left in a hurry and argued in the hallway for a while. Later, I received a phone call and stuff saying, ”I thought it was an empty room and opened it, I'm sorry.” The next day, Sunday morning I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported to reception and seemed to have been hushed among the staff. So far, there has been no formal apology from the hotel. Those who are staying at the hotel should be vigilant to make sure that the door cannot be physically opened by placing a chair or suitcase in front of the door.

A centrally located hotel in mid city centre. It has an indoor pool and SPA. Rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities being provided. It has a coffee shop and restaurant which serve multicuisine. Staff are welcoming, polite and professional. Would like to make a special mention of Vanessa F&B Manager who gave a personal touch during my stay catering to my vegetarian food preference and looking after other guests. Liliana at the Front office was very supportive catering to my requests.

The location is just in the city. Amazing, Highly Recommend

不錯出差旅行

A very good value-for-money hotel close to the hubbub of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the only down side being the poor drainage of the shower, hence having to deal with a wet bathroom floor! There is a desk in the room with tea and coffee facilities, considered quite a luxury here. The first night we stayed here I had to contend with the neighboring night club music until the early hours of the morning, but I assume this is not a daily occurrence. The breakfast included was substantial and had a good variety of pastries. Most impressively they were able to serve me a cappuccino! The rooftop bar has a lovely ambience for evening sundowners, but the prices are a bit steep. The chocolate rhum arrange, however, was well worth the dear treat!! The concierge is very helpful in that they even organised us a taxi to and from our restaurant of choice for the evening. There is a spa and gym facilities also available on site. The hotel is also situated within walking distances to restaurants, shops and ATMs. All in all, a good, comfortable stay!

Spent our last night in Madagascar at the Centell. Room was big and comfortable but we had some annoying issues that were unexpected from a supposed ”luxury” hotel. Only 1 towel in the room and no hand towel. The safe battery was flat so our valuables were locked in after I tested it and left for dinner. The shower leaked water out onto the bathroom floor soaking the bathmat as the fall on the tiles in the shower did not direct water into the drain. The dinner at the Goa restarant was disappointing. My main course was weird with a crispy fried inedible chicken ball and ghee laden rice. The starter was fine thankfully. My husband's vegetable biryiani was bland. I asked for a glass of red wine with my meal but was told I could only order a bottle! But they have a bar upstairs so could surely have asked for one to be brought down. Disappointing. Service was SO much better in all the lodges we stayed in during the rest of our trip as they went out of the way to make everything special for my 60th birthday. Breakfast in the morning was much better with a great choice and lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt.
