AAnonymous UserThe service here really needs improvement. On Saturday night, I called for a Coke, they said they'd send it, but it never arrived.
Housekeeping also didn't check the tissue box by the sink; when I got back to the room at night, there were only two tissues left.
Finally, on the 2nd, the day of my departure, I specifically called to request a late check-out for 2 PM. However, when I tried to use my room key card for the elevator, it didn't work. I went to the front desk for assistance, and the staff member on duty that day looked at my card and simply said I had already checked out, offering no solution or explanation. It wasn't until another staff member took over and re-keyed my card that it worked. Both staff members were quite cold and unhelpful, offering no warm words or proactive solutions.
From check-in to check-out, I didn't feel any warmth or welcome from the hotel. The only reason I chose this hotel was its convenient proximity to Metro Line 2, making it easy to get back after a concert. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

The room was cleaned without dead ends, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was quiet and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was sufficient. The location is excellent, close to the business district, convenient for travel, whether it is a business trip or a tourist accommodation is very suitable, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

The room was cleaner than expected, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Air conditioning and hot water worked properly, and the WiFi speed was acceptable. Soundproofing was average; you could hear noises in the hallway. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short business trips or vacations; I would consider it again next time.

GGuest UserA fantastic hot spring resort experience! Choosing the Yihe Hot Spring Hotel was such a wise decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warm and attentive service made me feel instantly welcome. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they patiently explained the hotel facilities.
The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy and comfortable style. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and I slept soundly until morning. The hot spring area was a delightful surprise; the various pools were beautifully arranged, the water was crystal clear, and there were various herbal baths available. Soaking in them was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's dining was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the food was superb. The dinner specialties were unforgettable. The surrounding environment is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful time. I'll definitely come back!

Ccici1118The hotel is conveniently located very close to the high-speed train station. Although the decor is a bit older, you can tell it's a luxurious hotel with a classic charm. The bedding is very comfortable, and the room even has a bathtub. You can ask for disposable bath liners, which the kids loved using for a bath in the room. The restaurant downstairs was incredibly popular for dinner; we couldn't get a table just by walking in – you need to book a day in advance, so we missed out on eating there. However, the hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes!
