I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this front desk Qihai impressed me very much. The receptionist was friendly and the service was professional. Not only did they upgrade my room, but they also carefully asked me about my stay experience when I checked out. In addition, the room layout was also quite warm. If I come here on a business trip next time, I will choose this place again.

We were driving back to Beijing and decided to stop for a night in Hohhot. We're a group of three adults and one child, so I specifically looked for a suite or a room with one king bed and two single beds. After searching countless options on different apps (maybe I just didn't use them right), this was the only place I found that had what we needed. The price was quite high, probably due to the National Day holiday, but we figured we'd just go with it. When we arrived and parked in the underground garage, I was shocked by the mosquitoes, the smell of the grease trap, and the overall environment – I've never seen anything like it. The lobby was bustling, almost like the entrance to a shopping mall. The room had an older style of hotel decor, which I'm fine with. Once inside, I realized it was actually two rooms connected by a secret door that had been opened, essentially making it one large room. I feel like this should have been mentioned when I booked or at check-in. Also, the king-sized room had hot water for showering, but the twin room didn't have any hot water for a long time, though it was back in the morning. The breakfast was decent. Overall, it was okay; it's definitely a hotel in a bustling area with plenty of food and amenities right outside.

The hotel is in a good location, in a relatively prosperous area. However, you can see the hotel by driving through Amap, but you can't drive to the hotel entrance, and you can't get through to the hotel through Ctrip. We can only go to the lobby to communicate with the front desk. The front desk clerk was very nice and sent someone to take us there. Underground parking. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The room facilities and hardware are good. The only drawback is that the decoration smell is a bit loud after it has just opened. There is a lot of ventilation before check-in. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. All five-star reviews.

Seriously, who gets it?! After a whole day of sightseeing, I was absolutely exhausted! But as soon as I walked into the room, wow, it was so clean and tidy, like magic! My mood instantly brightened. I immediately flopped onto the bed, and oh my goodness, the bedding was incredibly comfortable! It felt like sinking into a pile of marshmallows – so soft and warm. All the fatigue from a day of exploring just *poof* vanished! I usually have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but here, absolutely no problem. I was so sleepy the moment I hit the bed; it felt like this bed was a 'hypnotic神器' (hypnotic marvel) custom-made for me. What surprised me most was that there's even a kids' play area! My little one went wild as soon as we got there, having the time of their life, laughing so loudly they almost blew the roof off! This hotel really understands what families with kids need; the service is impeccably thoughtful! Definitely a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

I had a great impression of Ordos Yonggui Hotel. When checking in, Xiao Liang at the front desk saw that we were traveling with children, so he arranged an upgrade for us, making our stay more comfortable and happy! As soon as I arrived at the room, I was shocked by the layout of the room, which was great! I also saw a fireworks show ➕ fountain ⛲️, and the view on the 21st floor was particularly good! When I left the next day, maybe the child ate something wrong the day before, and vomited all over the hotel elevator. The front desk also promptly cared about whether the child was okay. The decoration of the hotel is a bit pully, not worthy of the mahogany furniture of the house, the room is also stinky, there is a smell when entering the door, can't you use the aromatherapy every day to spray it with air freshener? Turn on the air outlet of the air conditioner and there is no way to sleep at all. Turn off the air conditioner and open the window on the 18th floor. You can clearly hear the noise of people on the street. The bed is also hard. The backache of sleeping all night is sore. From Tianjin to Xinjiang, this is the worst hotel to stay in.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub. Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

Near the museum, the cabin is very distinctive, there are two bathrooms, the family is much more convenient, and the hot water temperature is very good. There are also small flowers on the trail outside, the photos are very good, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic and patient to introduce the facilities.

The hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.
