Overall room was decent though there was no fridge. Location is convenient. However, was scheduled to stay for two nights but cancelled the second night as the first was simply too hot. The central air conditioning meant that when the cold air was turned off, guests could not cool their rooms down. Reception told me they were helpless and could not do anything. I had to change to another hotel. Will try to make sure all future girls have individual air conditioning in the room and not central.

首先，純松木木屋，一進去吸着松木香味，就很放鬆，睡的很好。也貼心提供一次性的浴巾毛巾馬桶套。
其次，老闆把木屋、餐廳和花園收拾的乾乾淨淨，一看就是熱愛生活懂生活的人。
不得不提的是，老闆的早餐備的太豐盛了。有麪包，自製藍莓醬，牛奶，小米粥，葱油餅，油條，豆腐腦，黃瓜西紅柿雞蛋，小鹹菜，火腿腸。很用心，南北皆宜。而且非常熱情的幫多備了一些，讓當午餐。
我們去國家濕地和到根河的午餐，都是靠老闆的早餐 picnic 解決的。真的是太貼心了。
也會推薦飯店，告知看落日的最佳地點，比較遺憾的是，沒趕上落日。
有洗衣機有晾曬的地方。非常適合自駕家庭遊旅居。
ps.有秋千也有一個玩沙池，適合小朋友玩。

A truly bizarre hotel in an even weirder place. Do come if you enjoy a Chinese fever dream of what Russian culture involves, oodles of kitsch and matryoshkas enlivened the odd static shock from the carpet, stay away if the combination of those things does not appeal. Overall a must-stay for any visitor to Manzhouli

房間除了床及床上用品不滿意，其他都很好。床太軟，床品不是純棉，很不舒服。被子太厚，床頭開關夜間發出的光非常影響睡眠。房間很新，面積夠大，停車方便。固原天盛成段長城很值得觀賞，城中老趙棒骨非常美味。

第一個我們住了有點兒戀戀不捨的酒店，非常非常非常之仔細和乾淨，能感覺出來他們真的有很認真的做酒店服務這件事情，一進門就能感覺到整個環境和氛圍非常舒服，提前準備了歡迎水果＋小零食＋包包＋月餅＋冰箱貼，提供24小時粥道的用餐，有專人送到房間，所有洗漱用品，一次性的很全，非一次性的都做了塑封處理，能看出來非常乾淨，早餐豐富＋好吃，有種吃不夠的感覺，有當地特色的奶茶，羊肉湯，低温牛肉，用餐過程中小姐姐又送了很多月餅（中秋節當天），酒店自己做的，很漂亮，也很好吃，還提供自助的當地奶製品小零食，總之屬於意外之喜，非常滿意

GGuest UserBusiness Trip: Fantastic location, within walking distance to the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was efficient and welcoming, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, it's excellent value for money. My top choice for business travel, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWhen visiting Manzhouli, you absolutely have to stay at the Matryoshka. The newly opened Building A didn't have any king-size rooms, which was a bit confusing, so I booked Building B instead. While the facilities are a bit older and less modern than Building A, it's still quite good overall. The hotel's amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, recreational facilities, and supermarkets, could be improved. The public areas are filled with small shops selling Russian products, making it feel a bit less like a hotel and more like a tourist attraction. Overall, I recommend it; it still has its own unique charm.

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely have to complain! While the room was spacious and the hot water was decent, the attention to detail was severely lacking, and there were serious safety hazards. The room floors and stairs were incredibly slippery with no anti-slip design whatsoever. The shower drain was extremely slow, causing water to overflow and spill everywhere. As a result, I accidentally slipped on the stairs, leaving my tailbone in excruciating pain and unable to move, which completely ruined the rest of my trip! Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out, the bedding wasn't clean, and some hangers were broken. Basic amenities like tissues were not provided, indicating a general lack of care that doesn't match the hotel's supposed standards. Most appallingly, the service response was utterly inadequate; the hotel showed absolutely no reaction or concern after a guest (myself) fell down their stairs!

Mmerry224466What a fantastic breakfast! We were stuffed, and the owner even packed up lots of food and vegetables for us to take home, worried we wouldn't have anything to eat on the road! So kind!
The rye bread was so soft, and it was absolutely amazing with the homemade blueberry jam! (I ate three bowls of jam, haha!) The milk was freshly squeezed that morning, with lots of creamy skin. The sausages and pork liver were homemade, so delicious I ate two plates! There were also various kinds of pancakes, including potato rolls—we couldn't eat anymore, so we packed everything up!

GGuest UserBecause I had driven all night, I arrived around 9 AM. The front desk helped me check for available rooms and checked me in, allowing me to get a good rest so I could enjoy my afternoon outings. The environment was great, and the room was quite clean. The room was well-soundproofed and had good light blocking, making it a quiet place to rest. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserA fantastic hot spring resort experience! Choosing the Yihe Hot Spring Hotel was such a wise decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warm and attentive service made me feel instantly welcome. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they patiently explained the hotel facilities.
The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy and comfortable style. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and I slept soundly until morning. The hot spring area was a delightful surprise; the various pools were beautifully arranged, the water was crystal clear, and there were various herbal baths available. Soaking in them was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's dining was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the food was superb. The dinner specialties were unforgettable. The surrounding environment is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful time. I'll definitely come back!

GGuest User1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments.
2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels.
3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things.
4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room.
In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

GGuest UserThis is a grand five-star hotel, very large in scale. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but it was incredibly crowded, likely due to the May Day holiday. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's security and service staff were also very attentive and helpful. Our room was in the second building, and I'm not sure if there's a restaurant downstairs, but the hallway, and even our room, had a strong hotpot smell. Even after a day, our clothes still carried the odor. I hope they can address this issue in the future.

The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours.
