The staff is really sweet and helpful. Not happy with food but services were on point. They care about customers and accept the requests made. Overall happy with the services and hotel is neat and clean.

My stay was just okay as i checked in to sleep only but some shortcomings were there 1) no kettle/ tea coffee kit. 2) breakfast was just aalu puri which i don’t eat normally but there was no option as they delivered it in room without asking any choice. 3) old style lift with a big thud sound every time you close it. 4) the lock of my room was not working, so instead of card i was carrying the key.

The hotel is centrally located, the room environment was good, the staff were extremely helpfull, tandoori & kebabs were there speciality and we enjoyed it. Only 1 suggestion is they should keep iron board and hair dryer on request. Overall the stay was wonderful l and value for money

I was paid to make my trip 5536inr for two nights but the hotel gave me the bill 4225 inr i needed the total amount of what i paid to make my trip

they don't provide 20rs water bottle and no dental kit also some time traveller do forget to carry toothpaste hotel should understand this

Stay was good but food quality to be improve. Rooms were in clean condition and feel fresh. Food taste quality should be improve as it taste average. Morning breakfast bread got harden as it were kept in open air.

The room we stayed in was spacious. The staff was responsive to our requests. Food was decent and of good quality. Overall we had a very good experience at surabhi regency
