Hotel just 10 minutes walk from bus station, central position make it shopping, dinning with a lot of options and easy. Wifi is strong, with a indoor swimming pool, so no problem in winter

Great hotel close to the city centre

El sitio está muy bien ubicado, está en el centro y es muy bonito tanto por dentro como por fuera, el servicio es súper educado y servicial.

Siempre que voy a Andorra voy al Mercury ubicación perfecta para pasear por el centro

位置蠻好，酒店房間小巧精緻，還是可以的。城市比較小，山城，坡很多，和重慶很像，要做好體力的準備哦，嘻嘻。

This was a returning visit to this hotel. As we have status with Accor, we were upgraded to a room overlooking the river. The hotel staff were great, and suggested some shopping venues. We also visited the circ de solar and had a great evening The hotel also features a large pool and spa area Breakfast was buffet style, with a generous selection of hot and cold food. Can't fault the stay. 10 out of 10

Difficulty initially finding car park, not well signposted. The exterior of the hotel is lovely, lots of green plants clean and welcoming. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, we had room 207, near the hotels aircon, so noisy and we were unable to open the window. Hotel empty compared to the Novotel next door which was busy.

A perfectly located hotel right in the city centre. It has its own parking in a secure garage underneath the hotel. It's quite tight in there and we were very lucky to get a space. It's quite expensive at €26 per night. Our room was comfortable, the decor was dated but everything was functional. Tea and coffee was provided but only decaff coffee. We went to have a look at the pool, which looked great! We didn't have time to use it, unfortunately! The gym was large too, although the equipment was dated. Water was provided in the room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed in Andorra!

Great location. It is possible to leave the hotel on several levels to the streets above using the elevator. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, but I, as the only guest, wanted a room with a double bed instead of two singles. In addition, I indicated this in the reservation, but unfortunately, this wish was not provided. In addition, there was no more than one electrical outlet in the room. The only one was under the table. You had to crawl on the floor to access it. Perhaps the hotel is designed for seniors who do not use any modern technology.

On July 22, 2023 I was at the Novotel hotel and I loved it, the spa was in the other hotel you have to cross the street, and I went in the morning it was quiet, and I loved it, the girl in the morning is super nice ! he has a very sweet voice. Charming and very attentive, thanks again! And restaurant some waiters 10 out of 10. The masseuse is a bit I don't know anything... and the fault was the Turkish bath, but we didn't care much because of the friendliness of the spa girl. and hotel to renovate..

The best thing is the roof terrace, it is a beautiful area, with incredible views, which would be lovely to enjoy on a sunny day like today, however apparently it’s shut till 5pm? Which is not written anywhere? It says it’s dog friendly however, they can only go in the room. So our anniversary weekend away has been spent mostly separately, eating breakfast separately and using the roof terrace. We were woken up by a dog in another room barking nonstop, while presumably, the owner left the dog alone in the room to go eat breakfast. Just generally disappointing. Andorra is stunning though

Nice, clean, centrally located hotel. No coffee/tea machine in the room. Never experienced this: You need to sign if you damage anything in the room you pay 250 Euro! They insist, in a quite rude way! And this in a 4* hotel and as a Gold member!!! Again, never experienced. Then the guy lied - he said I got an upgrade. There was no upgrade for my gold status - it was the room I paid for. Small! Mattress was indeed very old and totally uncomfy/unacceptable. Fitness and pool should open earlier than 9:30am. Elevator extremely slow. Massage was excellent though! No electricity plugs in the room to recharge devices. Very difficult to find your way in the hotel. Room very clean though. Hotel not aiming for tourists that are interested in Andorra. No tourist information materials at all available. Tourism office is 10mins away. Breakfast buffet is excellent in a nice, nostalgic room. Ruistical style did not bother me, different, well taken care of and nice. Biggest turn off was the liar at reception. Why I am loyal to Accor and a Gold member? He said I got an upgrade but then there was no upgrade. And he lied on the bar too - it was actually closed.
