Quite disappointed at the room condition as it had so much flies and drains clogged all the time. Very simple hotel with simple standards and it has potential to be better.

Pros The hotel is located right next to beach Cons Overall, the hotel was dirty. There was mold on the showerhead and dust everywhere. The area under the bed was never cleaned during my 10-day stay, even on the day a Tomcat appeared in the room. Highly disappointed with the lack of hygiene. There are many insects, including the dangerous Tomcat. Although the hotel claimed they would clean the room, as mentioned above, it was not cleaned properly. The staff were generally friendly, but they kept pushing unnecessary services like meals and massages. Specifically, they quoted an absurd price of 350,000 IDR for an airport transfer. I paid much less than that even when traveling to Sanur. The elevator is right in front of the smoking area, so I had to start every morning with cigarette smoke. They keep fish in a shallow water feature right in front of the room, and it smells really bad.

I really like the Kuta Beach Hotel stayed here for my 60th birthday this April they gave me a little cake with happy birthday & most of the staff sang happy birthday at breakfast was lovely of them they also put out party hats & plates for my birthday party dowstairs it has a smaller size rooftop pool friendly staff nice food & drinks but had no air-conditioning for 3 days & nights of my stay & they now charge 21% tax on top of the prices listed instead of the 10% they charged me last August very disappointed in the owner doing this makes it pretty expensive to eat, drink & tip there anyway there's plenty of hotels to choose from in bali with 3%-10% tax 👍

Great location, price and hotel staff. Free pool table at the ground floor bar. Roof top bar with pool. It wasnt noisy or over crowed. Beach say 120 meters away, supermarket just opposite. Maybe the gym could be improved with a multi gym. Spa on site where the Mrs got her nails donewas reasonably priced and she was happy with the end product.

Extremely close to Kuta Beach, with plenty of dining options nearby. The convenience store is just about 15 meters diagonally across from the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and you can see the Indian Ocean directly.

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights, and while we had some challenges, the staff made a huge difference. The Good: • Mr. Deta: A massive thank you to Mr. Deta for his incredible hospitality. He was so friendly and supportive throughout our entire stay! • The Rooftop: The absolute highlight. It’s a fantastic place to chill, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere. The Not-So-Good: • The Facilities: The gym is very small—fine for a quick stretch, but not much else. • Weather/Maintenance: It rained almost every day, and unfortunately, rainwater leaked through our window and onto the floor. It made the room quite uncomfortable for a while. The Recovery: The hotel team was professional about the leak. They moved us to a different room for our final night, which we really appreciated. Summary: A great spot for the social vibe and the service, but the building could use some maintenance to handle the heavy rain better!

I had a really bad time trying to sleep here. It’s very noisy. I could hear my neighbors phone vibrating and every word spoken in the hotel. The walls are extremely thin. Also the smoke detector over the bed is blinking like a strobe light at night. The pool area is very nice.

Great value and great location. Christopher at front desk was an amazing help. This hotel stands out for me as they will go out of their way to accommodate you.

Hotel is clean and close to beach. The only downside is, it is inside a narrow alleyway.

Room was small. I had a balcony room with city views, but balcony had no chairs or table which reception said they would get but didn't and the view was of a wall and roof. I asked to be moved and they said no.

I stayed here for one night during my layover in Bali and was very satisfied. Upon check-in, they offered a complimentary orange-flavored cocktail. The room was clean and odor-free, and Kuta Beach was right outside the door.

The rooftop bar and pool are absolutely fantastic. I came up every night to have a drink and lie down, looking at the stars – it brought such a peaceful feeling. However, there weren't any twin bed rooms available, so I chose a room with two double beds, only to be told upon arrival that only king-sized rooms were available. The bathroom was a bit damp and located inside the room. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the staff were very enthusiastic.
