I checked in at this hotel last November 21-24, 2023 for a conference at SMX Clark. The hotel is good and the price is affordable and very near my conference venue. It's also clean and the room that was assigned to me is also good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This is worth recommending. Thank you Devera Hotel! Keep up the good service!

over the years i have stayed at this hotel many times. the last time i visited was in 2019 then it was terrible, and i have made a previous review here. But now OYO have taken over and made a big improvement. The staff from the Receptionists to the porter to the cleaners & security are GREAT. This visit was for a period over 3 weeks broken up and i enjoyed my stay immensely and had some great banter with all the staff that where professional all the time, any problems where dealt with immediately. i left for Manila for 1 week and they looked after my Large suit case in a safe lock up until my return. (FANTASTIC SERVICE). The only one little ****** is the pool area needs more seating area with some cover as there is only 4 tatty beds. the sun is blazing hot and no sun cover. but the pool is very clean and i enjoyed very much every day. the bar is also tidy the female staff where always helpful and polite. they even sold MAGNERS CIDER Yummy 250peso a can though(£3.90) Also the restaurant is useful and convenient but only small portions. Well done OYO your staff where Great look after them. Now i guess you will put prices up after a good report . DR

We have stayed at Prism Hotel multiple times and it continues to be our preferred choice. The affordability of their rooms, coupled with its proximity to the bustling area of Angeles, makes it an ideal option for us. During our last two stays, we availed their Room Promo, which offered a room with a kitchen at an affordable rate of 2800 Pesos, excluding breakfast. The hotel boasts a delightful swimming pool and our kids particularly enjoyed the balcony. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens on the comfortable beds. Although the hotel has its own restaurant, we opted to explore the numerous dining options in the surrounding area. We even ordered food from an outside restaurant and were pleased that Prism Hotel allowed this without any corkage fee. Overall, if you're visiting Angeles City, Pampanga, Prism Hotel is a great choice.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude. Zimmer mit veraltetem Mobiliar und Renovierungsbedürftigem Sanitärbereich. Fernseher hat auch nur nach Zimmerwechsel funktioniert. Safe vorhanden, aber Batterien leer. Frühstück ist nur Eier mit S*****en oder Hotdog Verfügbar, dazu 2 Scheiben Toast und ein Kännchen Kaffee. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast vergessen Lift vorhanden, aber defekt.

Prime asia 바로옆에 있는 호텔로 오래된 낡은 호텔입니다 3층까지있는 호텔이며 엘리베이터는 없으며 그래도 사용하는 사람이 없긴하나 나름 수영장이 1층에 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔입구에 마사지샵도 있고 3~4분거리에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있음.객실내에 인터넷 잘됨 호텔 건너편에 조그만한 그러나 비싼 한국식당이 하나 있음 객실은 굉장히 넓어 사용하기 편한데 에어컨이나 침구,가구등이 오래된 낡은 객실입니다 무료로 주는 물이나 치약,칫솔은 없음 수건과 비누만제공. 최대 단점 , 도로쪽 객실을 받으면 오토바이와 자동차 소음에 시끄러워 잠을 잘수가 없습니다

I enjoyed my stay at Pacific Breeze Hotel and would recommended this hotel to other travellers looking for medium priced accommodation. It is situated extremely close to the popular Walking Street where there are numerous bars and clubs. It’s close to restaurants and sports bars and if that’s what you are in Angeles for then you could not be closer. You are also a short walk to the massive SM City Clark Mall, which provides much entertainment and shopping opportunities for the locals and is certainly worth a visit or two. You can also catch the shuttle bus to Manila from the mall, which is very handy. I made use of the hotel gym every day, which is on the roof of the annexed building. It’s a pretty good gym with enough equipment to keep you busy for an hour. It was mostly quiet in there and the kit is in good shape considering the price bracket of the hotel. I also swam daily in the hotel pool and this is a good size and was cleaned each morning. Great restaurant with healthy sized portions, efficient service and reasonably priced food all served by the lovely pool. There are security guards on each block and they not only did a good job looking after the rooms but it was a pleasure to have a little chat with them each day, discuss what’s happening, get travel advice and shoot the breeze. When you leave the hotel you need to hand in your key. Shoot the breeze in Pacific Breeze Hotel! All round the staff were pretty friendly which is very much expected in a country known for its friendliness. The girls on the reception desk were very professional and handled all my inquiries effectively. The one feature that ought to be pointed out is the fact that many rooms do not have a window that faces outside. So my room for instance did have a window but it looks out into the corridor of the ground floor. Now this is odd really and in the future should I ever head back to Angeles City I would happily stay at this hotel again but would request a window facing the outside. I need sunlight, a view, a peek at the weather and having the curtain always drawn felt odd. But all round this is a great hotel. It has a certain energy and character about it that I suppose may be brought about by its location to walking street. One cannot ignore the fact that many guests may be in that area to enjoy the delights of Walking Street and all it has to offer. This does not put me off but adds to the entertainment and character of this hotel. I will stay again if I ever find myself back in the city.

There's plenty to do nearby, with Diamond Park, Emotions Bar and Young Young Massage all within a short distance.This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

Stayed in an Executive room for a week on one of the upper floors (upon request). Overall, hotel is decent. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice bathroom with separated shower/toilet. Room came with safe & even an umbrella (useful). Nice small pool on roof. Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great, easy to walk to most places & trikes easily available. The lifts were poorly maintained, only 1 worked my entire stay and it shook every time I rode it (re: scary). Wifi was great, when it worked (re: sucks). Line kept dropping even though reported several times. TV channels are limited. Expected more for the price I paid honestly. While service staff are great, they charge if you require more than 2 towels a day. (It was typhoon season, you'd get soaked just standing at entrance of hotel). Seems a bit petty to me. Will I return? Perhaps. But still feel I could get better value. If maintenance & facilities don't improve, I'll likely go to Central Park next door.

Nice hotel but not really something special. I think this hotel has more potential. I was lucky to have a very interesting roomrate via Agoda, but still found it quite expensive for what it was. I found that, if there would be better maintenance, a bit better cleaned at swimming pool area, it could have had a 4*. To say that the lovely swimming pool at the rooftop was not always that clean. There is no skimmer,so the water surface is full of dead flies and small debris. That's really a pity. Telling this at the staff at the pool area restaurant they told me not to mention it to them but I had to go downstairs to tell reception. This was a strange reaction of the staff. Reception staff was really nice as well as room maid. I will definitely go there again if I find a decent room rate.
