I was very skeptical about this hotel because of the reviews. I am glad I took the chance.The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to identify because it really doesn’t have any signs on the actual building to identify it,they are renovating so maybe that’s why.There is a lot of parking and check in was quick.The elevator is bumpy but works.The room was on the smaller side but it was clean.It had a fridge,microwave and coffee maker.The beds are comfortable.The shower is amazing as it has a rainfall head as well as a hand held.The breakfast is a hot to order with 3 choices,if you don’t like the choices the coupon is worth $10 off the menu per person.It was a very good breakfast.Staff is very friendly.If you are looking for budget accommodation that’s clean this is perfect

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! All of the staff members were very nice every day, and they gave us warm cookies when we checked in after a late flight at midnight. Little did we know, these chocolate chip cookies were part of their awesome, complimentary customer Cookie Care Commitment! What a simple and effective way to make guests feel comfortable! The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The restaurant, Wild Sage, had excellent food and drinks! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Regina!

We only stayed for few hours for a stop over sleep. Not much expectation giving the price. But still it was far from our expectation. Don’t really mind the stain on carpet floor, but bed sheet was disgusting that we could not sleep well. Breakfast was average but good enough for us before going on the second part of journey.

This is a really nice new hotel and the staff were very kind. It was very unfortunate for that there are a crew of people working on the new rink next door that are loud and very disrespectful. We stayed on the 3rd floor for our childs hockey tournament. He is 8, we also have a 1 year old. These disrespectful people had horrific music cranked all afternoon until about midnight. With swearing and other stuff my 8 year had never heard. This crew of people, including a rory and gary, were screaming and fighting in the halls until about midnight. We, along with other families we know, called the front desk multiple times to complain. They kept talking to them and asking them to keep it down. The police showed up and were waiting for the hotel to give the go-ahead to kick them out for a long time. These people were extremely belligerent and our kids were kept up most of the night by them. The hotel was gracious enough to not have us pay for our room which we are thankful for. Long story short though, this crew that is working on this rink is still staying on the third floor in multiple rooms and until that rink is done, i would avoid this hotel.

Amazing and accommodating staff! Each one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and smiling. My wife and I booked the jacuzzi suite and it was roomy and well laid out! One tip would be to include some bubble bath :) The few ”negatives” are.... was 8/10 clean but overall nothing to complain about and bath robes were missing which they provided promptly when asked. I do wish a later checkout could have been accommodated (they did provide noon checkout) but hotel was packed so understandable. The staff checked in daily via text which was a first for us and great touch. Definitely will stay again if in Saskatoon and would recommend!!

The service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Menginap bersama kanak-kanak selama satu malam, lokasinya sangat baik, di pusat bandar, dan kebersihannya baik. Dalam bilik dua katil, tiada masalah untuk tidur dengan anak. Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!! I booked our Saskatoon hockey team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Regina, Saskatchewan Feb. 2nd to 5th, 2023. The group had a total of 14 rooms. When I contacted the hotel, I specifically said it was for a hockey team. Upon organizing this I asked if a meeting room was available for our group to have team meals and a place for the group to gather. We always like this because generally a meeting room is away from the guest rooms. However, this room is as empty every time I walked past it. So we decided to book an additional guest room to accommodate the team. Upon our arrival on Thursday the boys in our group, the hockey players, proceeded to play mini sticks in the hallways at approx 2 pm. This instantly became a problem for the hotel. The boys were told time and time again to go to their rooms. They were playing in the middle of the afternoon, not during quiet time, nor were they doing anything out of the ordinary. In fact, there were other hockey groups staying at the hotel as well who were doing the same thing. Security would wander the hallways and scold the guests for having the doors kept open by using the deadbolts. Our group was all in the same area of the hotel. They informed us this was a security issue. And even went so far as to enter my room while I was away and close my door. Leaving me with no key and no ID to get one. However, turns out this wasn’t an issue at all as they seemed to be more than happy to provide me with a new key without even questioning who I was. The security issue at this hotel has become very apparent. There were homeless, drugged-out people everywhere in this hotel. This is why they were adamant we close our doors. So the hotel's security problems become their guest's problems. We would continuously get security knocking on our door to “remind us” to close our doors. Most complied but some took the advice and still opted to keep their doors open as they were inside their room. At this point, security should have noted that they advised this guest but the guest refused. Instead, the knocking and harassing continued. The security staff was rude and clearly did not like their jobs as they just kept saying “I’m only doing what my boss tells me to do.” Upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted our room cleaned daily. I declined. They then phoned to ask again. I declined again. They then knock on the door to ask a third time. We then had to decline again. I found the staff to be abrasive, not friendly, and almost intrusive. The boys gave up on mini sticks and instead sat together at the end is the hall looking at their phones, playing video games, etc. But the security at the hotel was upset by this as well and the boys were yet again instructed to go to their rooms. I overheard this and questioned security about this as the boys barely made a peep. They again referenced the fact that there are people in the hotel who should not be there. I indicated I would watch the boys

When we here was a bit of a wait to get registered. The room was nice and very clean. It contained a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. However, it did not contain a phone book. Free wifi was available for the guest. The room did not contain a bath mat the tub, although a fair size, was quite slippery. I slipped twice while trying to shower. They provided breakfast which had a wide variety of good food. The hotel is pet friendly, it is my suggestion if you dont like pets go elsewhere. It is pet friendly that should indicate something. It was a fantastic place to stay over all.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Rough crowd was staying there but security and staff were on them. A little loud at night when the air would go off. That’s the only complaint.

This is my usual stay for when traveling to Saskatoon as it has free parking and not near a busy location. However, this was my first time staying on the 3rd floor and it wasn't pleasant. It had a smell, the alarm clock was making ”fuzzy” noises way past midnight, and the bed was very lumpy. I usually love my stays here as it's great in price, but I will not get a room on the 3rd floor again.

Clean hotel, and close to the airport. There are good places to eat nearby

I have been to a lot of hotels in Saskatoon and other cities and for me and family, so far, this one is the best one. I was acknowledged and thanked upon check in, Greeted with a smile and their breakfast has a lot of healthy options. The room that were in is really beautiful and clean. Their pool and hot tub is really clean and well maintained. The hotel looks new. One thing I noticed is that every staff from front office, housekeeping and breakfast smiles and greets guests. They don’t just walk past guests. We’ll be back for sure and probably tell my friends to try staying here as well.

I arrived in the morning and was able to drop off my luggage for free. I could check in a bit earlier than the official check-in time. It took only 15 minutes to walk to/from the airport. I had to check out well before breakfast time but thankfully they gave me grab-and-go breakfast (bagel and apple). My room was very quiet so I slept well.

Great place in the center of the city. The car parking (paid) is next door. This makes it easy, if you are coming by car. If via public transport, most of the bus stations are near by (2-3 min walk). The room service is good and budget friendly as well. The taste of food is good as well. Although options in breakfast buffet might be a bit limited, as coming from India, we are spoiled 🙃. But, whatever is there on the table is fresh and healthy. There is no dedicated children area, but, a small place dedicated near swimming pool. Swimming pool is nice and clean - where people from nearby community also come to teach kids swimming via a dedicated coach, who comes on the weekends. On the development side, would suggest that membership program can be improved or the pricing. If you do not book with Hilton website / app, points will not be added. In my case, the pricing difference was substantial in its own app vs other travel websites. So take your call, but, this is not related to this specific hotel.

I understand you do not choose your guests, but if you have many construction people as guests then you may need to hire more staff to keep common areas clean. Common areas were muddy and dirty. The parking lot has huge pot holes. We were told we couldn’t have any glasses for the room. The coffee cups were wrapped, but clearly had liquid spilled on them. The ice bucket had something sticky inside and no plastic bag provided. The common areas all smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We had booked a room here for our return and cancelled it and made a reservation at a different hotel in Yorkton. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very helpful. He was the plus for your hotel. When we checked out I informed front desk staff about maintenance issues in our room. I hope the issues were referred to your maintenance staff.

Checked into the family room for the night, lots of space for us to rest and hangout at night. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well stocked. The pool is shallow and on the smaller side, but the kids had a blast in the heated pool and that water slide was fun even for the adults. The included hot breakfast was ok, and the service was very good. I would stay here again for a little getaway.
