Hotel Angeles dengan Spa

over the years i have stayed at this hotel many times. the last time i visited was in 2019 then it was terrible, and i have made a previous review here. But now OYO have taken over and made a big improvement. The staff from the Receptionists to the porter to the cleaners & security are GREAT. This visit was for a period over 3 weeks broken up and i enjoyed my stay immensely and had some great banter with all the staff that where professional all the time, any problems where dealt with immediately. i left for Manila for 1 week and they looked after my Large suit case in a safe lock up until my return. (FANTASTIC SERVICE). The only one little ****** is the pool area needs more seating area with some cover as there is only 4 tatty beds. the sun is blazing hot and no sun cover. but the pool is very clean and i enjoyed very much every day. the bar is also tidy the female staff where always helpful and polite. they even sold MAGNERS CIDER Yummy 250peso a can though(£3.90) Also the restaurant is useful and convenient but only small portions. Well done OYO your staff where Great look after them. Now i guess you will put prices up after a good report . DR

Prime asia 바로옆에 있는 호텔로 오래된 낡은 호텔입니다 3층까지있는 호텔이며 엘리베이터는 없으며 그래도 사용하는 사람이 없긴하나 나름 수영장이 1층에 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔입구에 마사지샵도 있고 3~4분거리에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있음.객실내에 인터넷 잘됨 호텔 건너편에 조그만한 그러나 비싼 한국식당이 하나 있음 객실은 굉장히 넓어 사용하기 편한데 에어컨이나 침구,가구등이 오래된 낡은 객실입니다 무료로 주는 물이나 치약,칫솔은 없음 수건과 비누만제공. 최대 단점 , 도로쪽 객실을 받으면 오토바이와 자동차 소음에 시끄러워 잠을 잘수가 없습니다

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Booked the Studio B for my 4d3n stay. Decent for it's price. Could hear people singing karaoke. Didn't really bother me that much but might to some. Bar was alright. TV remote wasn't working properly sometime. Bed is okay again not expecting much. Atleast not dirty or infested with insects or bugs. Would definitely book again.

Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Firstly the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. My in-laws booked this blindly as an overnight stay en route to our destination and after arriving in the evening I almost immediately began to notice comings and goings both to and from bedrooms by older Korean/Japanese/European men with young ladies. I'm wise enough to know what was going on. Luckily all our children were enjoying the lovely pool area and were oblivious to the nature of things. Whilst the hotel staff are fantastic we think this is a one time stay only for us.

I booked in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary but the room that they gave to us is so disgusting especially the toilet. The smell is like a canal. The staff there also doesn't care their guest situation and feeling l, even the manager don't care even I complain about the smell. They don't have any resolution. I request to change a room then they gave us a room that is weak wifi and television. Definitely will not come back again. I suggest that the management will provide training to all the staff about customer service.
