Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Khanh Hoa, Vietnam

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️ When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆 When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^ We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️ Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

The main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours. I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

Very good hotel in a nice area in a walking distance to the beach. The stuff is very friendly. The only thing which I didn't like is they wanted me to leave a deposit or my passport before I check out. Not typical for Vietnam.

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

Room service food is very good. Pool is cold so couldn't swim much. Would be great if there's a steam room. Will come again if price is consistent.

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well. I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

Saya menginap di hotel annova selama 2 malam dan ia betul-betul di hadapan Lotte Mart, jadi ia sangat bagus untuk membeli-belah pada hari terakhir. Pasar malam juga lebih kurang 10-15 minit berjalan kaki. Keadaan bilik baik, tetapi saya minum air dari peti sejuk dan mereka meminta saya membayarnya.. Saya membayar. Selepas mendaftar keluar, kakitangan memanggil teksi ke lapangan terbang dengan harga murah 400,000 dong (harga Grab 540,000 dong).

Ok for the relatively cheap price, small things like a toilet that sometimes refused to work, an ac that seemed to heat up at night, a spa with a cold jacuzzi and a steam room with very little steam. Staff were all very nice and to be fair it is good value for money.

My 3rd time in Vietnam and the hospitality of the staff here is the best! Starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping, and the breakfast crew. Everyone is smiling and are happy to serve the guests. For the room, I requested for a high floor but didn’t get one (but it’s understandable because of the holiday season - I hope I get it next time :) ) but the ocean view is still great. Room is well maintained and clean. But the star of the hotel is really the service. So I’d like to give a kudos to the lady and guy who helped me during check in (forgot their names unfortunately), and Paul and Linh who helped me during check out. Amazing service!

I think this kind of resort is ideal for families, and especially wealthy families that don't mind paying exorbitant amounts of money for lunch and dinner. While the cost of a night's sleep was quite reasonable, everything else on site was very overpriced. I was also disappointed at the very limited stock in their on-site convenience store; not one single Vietnamese beer available (only Heineken, and Budweiser). You would hope that they would support the local economy at least a little bit. The location, while close to the airport, was bascially in the countryside. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to civilization for any small shopping/eating, etc. Nha Trang, the closest city, was 40 minutes away. We stayed there a few nights before moving to Movenpick, and kinda wished we spent an extra night there rather than an extra night at Movenpick. The pool closed at 7pm. After that, there is nothing to do. Beach access closes at 6. The pools were great, especially early in the week, when there weren't so many people. But by Thursday, check-ins got busier, and the pool overfloweth with people. The place was immaculately clean, relatively quite (some families next door and above were screaming until near midnight. We complained, and it got resolved.) Breakfast buffet was varied,, but nothing special. Americanos and Lattes were available, but if you wanted Vietnamese coffee, they offered iced only. They strongly discouraged ordering a hot viet coffee, but I did anyway, and it came out lukewarm at best. No salted coffee, no egg coffee, no Vietnam feel in this place. Overall, stay there if with kids. They'll love the pool, and the 'chocolate hour'. As a couple, I wouldn't recommend it.

I love the environment of the resort! There are only two restaurants in the resort, so the food choice may be a bit limited. I think the food serves in the restaurant is fair enough. The swimming pool is nice. And the room is clean and very cool!

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

This is the best experience I have had in Nga Trang. Beautiful place, nicely decorated rooms and great service, all of the staff speak very well English and the view is unbeatable. The food in both Beach Club and Lang Viet are the best meals I have had in this trip! I booked two rooms and both are very nice! My family love to stay again!

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa treatments included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

The food was absolutely amazing. The playroom and kids water park were nice, but a bit disappointed with the times being open 9:00-11:00 and 15:30-5:30. The rooms were nice, but the beds were extremely firm. The staff was kind, except for during late checkout they were constantly harassing to get out of the room.

We really enjoyed the most at this resort the beach was so nice. Everything best. Strongly recommend Blue Lobster Restaurant food and drink is really great. Will plan again bring our family to enjoy the environment too.

Просторный номер, хорошая шумоизоляция, есть все необходимое: чайник, чайный набор, холодильник, сейф, вода пополняется каждый день 2 бутылки, шампуни, кондиционеры, зубные щетки, фень (мощный), тапки, халаты. Все новое, матрас и подушки удобные, постельное белоснежное, полотенца мягкие и пушистые. Wi-Fi за исключением часов пик нормальный. Большой плоский телевизор Смарт, есть youtube. 2. Уборка и смена полотенец ежедневная, постельное раз в 2-3 дня. Удобно, что кнопка не беспокоить рядом с постелью, включает красный индикатор на входе. Убирают хорошо, очень стараются, но иногда забыват про балкон и под кроватью. 3.Сама территория отеля чистая и ухоженная, два больших бассейна разной глубины, есть красивые зоны для фото, а также несколько детских площадок, небольшой аквапарк для малышей и детская комната с батутами, горками в самом отеле. 4. Персонал отзывчивый, ребята с ресепшен старается помочь, все сотрудники от уборщиц до садовников вежливые, улыбаются и приветствуют. 5. Первая линия, пляж песок, больших волн не было, в море натянута сетка с буйками, есть детские жилеты, дежурит спасатель, пляжные полотенца выдают возле бассейна. 6. Еда по выходным (большая загруженность отеля) разнообразная и свежая, вьетнамская и европейская кухня, вкусные десерты. Минусы: 1.Рядом ничего нет, в отеле есть бесплатные трансфер раз в день Нячанг. 2.Отель еще не достроен, шумных работ в нем нет, но недалеко ведется стройка еще одного отеля. 3.Еда, несколько дней просто не было выбора, очень мало фруктов и десертов, иногда было не вкусно, попадалась несвежая мешанина. 4.Пляж, во второй половине дня бывает в море и на берегу мусор: пластиковые пакеты, бутылки, доски, не сразу все убирают. Не хватает душа для ног. 5.Полное отсутствие анимации. Отель рекомендую любителям тихого отдыха на все включено, надеюсь достроят, устранят недочеты и мы сюда еще вернемся!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in simply because of all the activities and all inclusive package. Yes there are some things that bothered us, the bathroom had a sewage smell in our room and the bathtub tap was broken and even though we mentioned it a few times they didn’t repair it. At least the shower worked. But the positives highly outweigh these issues. From the food to the entertainment, everything kept us occupied to worry about anything and we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. Special mention to Mark and Hao who made our stay truly exceptional!

This is a beautiful well-maintained property. Friendly check-in at lobby and a shuttle to take us to the incredibly spacious villa. Villa had everything you’d expect in a 5 star resort and was very comfortable. Private pool water was quite cold which might be okay if it was a little hotter. We played tennis, used the small gym and took some time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. We loved breakfast especially since I love Korean food and there was lots of that and also pho, egg and banh mi stations. Lots of delicious choices that were varied over our week stay. Front desk Staff were slightly aloof and hard to communicate with in English. At check out, one of the desk ladies couldn’t get her point across and then pointed to a sign that had Chinese, Korean and Russian on it. I guess these are the guests they are used to catering to. Might stay here again some day especially since it appears to be a quickly expanding area close to Nha Trang

Our furry friend felt right at home thanks to the pet-friendly amenities and warm hospitality extended to them.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa experience. From the moment we stepped into the spa, we were enveloped in tranquility. The therapists were not only skilled but also incredibly thoughtful, tailoring the massage session to our needs and ensuring absolute relaxation.Cleanliness was also top-notch throughout the resort, providing us with peace of mind during our stay.Overall, this resort offers everything one could ask for in a getaway – breathtaking location, exceptional service, pet-friendly accommodations, pristine cleanliness, and a spa experience that exceeds all expectations. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

The location is a bit far away. The service is ok. However, the room is full of small dry shells (from tree outside?) near the glass towards the balcony. The biggest issue is the loss of direction to the room. The signs pointing to the rooms aren’t immediately clear ending up going in a merry-go-around manner. The fridge was not powered up when checked in. There were 2 bottles of water that were complimentary but other 2 larger bottles that were not and 2 cans of pepsi scattering on the table. The bathroom was spacey and clean though.

This resort is nice if you want to stay out of the city and be near the airport (15min). That being said, your food choices anre only limited to the hotel because the area around the airport is super secluded. All the rooms in this hotel are in villas and have a small private pool for use. Access to lobby and restaurant is via walk/buggy ride.

It is a great vacation, resort located nearby the Cam Ranh airport, just 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel interior and facilities were all clean and nice. Our room is so new and fully equipped with beautiful sea view. The staff were amazing at the reception and breakfast also delicous. The swimming pool is close to the sea, so you can go right out, and the swimming pool is large and the depth is just right, so I had fun swimming I recommend this Arenia Cam Ranh Resort, which boasts excellent value for money

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön und auch das Personal war sehr bemüht mit uns englisch zu sprechen. Das Essen war nicht das beste aber würde es als normal- gut bezeichnen. Im großen und ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Điểm tốt: vị trí tốt, bãi biển đẹp, view ok, thiết kế phòng thoải mái tiện lợi Điểm chưa tốt: Check in quá lâu, mất đúng 30 phút để chờ check in trong khi quan sát lúc đó chỉ có 2 3 người chờ check in. Chưa bao giờ chờ check in lâu như vậy, khách muốn tới sớm nhận phòng sớm để thay đồ tận hưởng tiện ích, đi chơi mà làm vậy mất thời gian quá. Mình đã rất khó chịu khi tới lễ tân hỏi lại 2 lần mà vẫn chưa thấy lễ tân xử lý xong. Tới lần thứ 3 hỏi thì thấy xong rồi, nhưng lễ tân quên gọi mình lại tới lấy key phòng :( Đã vậy lại không một lời xin lỗi, giống như 1 điều hiển nhiên? Mình cảm thấy thời gian của bản thân không được tôn trọng. Rất tiếc là điểm trừ này lại trừ đi khá nhiều điểm tốt của resort nên tổng quan mình đánh giá 2 star

Nearest to Nha Trang Airport. Nothing else is nearby or convenient. Trhis hotel is great for business travelers or those needing to catch early flight
