Recently stayed one night. I travel with a dog and they were so welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. I felt that they went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Will definitely return

The resort staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the stay they would make sure everything is in order. The resort is beautiful but it was also a rainy weekend so the kids park was wet could not play and the pool was still being cleaned so we did not have access to that. Other than that everything was perfect for a weekend away

Our family room was such a pleasant surprise! We had stunning mountain and sea views right from our room, which was incredibly relaxing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our child without feeling cramped at all. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and our child absolutely loved it. The pool was large and incredibly photogenic – every photo came out picture-perfect. The overall experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing family getaway with beautiful scenery, this is definitely the place to choose! The shuttle service was a convenient bonus, and the surroundings were superb, giving us the feeling of being in a secluded paradise – truly rejuvenating! What's more, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep.

The environment, rooms, and service here are simply the best in the surrounding area. There's a lovely stream right at the entrance, perfect for river tracing, and Monet's Garden is also very close by. The swimming pool is excellent. After checking in, our butler proactively asked for my feedback on the stay. I pointed out three areas for improvement, and the butler immediately committed to addressing them. This responsiveness is, in my opinion, the most commendable aspect.

The location is excellent, nestled in a very quiet mountain hollow with fresh air. However, the facilities are showing their age. The walls in the room are a bit worn, the floor has some minor depressions, and the balcony looks a bit dilapidated. Despite this, the overall comfort level of the room was acceptable. The water pressure was fantastic, though the bedding was a bit soft, which might not suit everyone's preference. The 'influencer-favorite' pool is large and even comes with paddleboards. However, the water is drawn directly from the mountain and isn't circulated, leading to many fallen leaves at the bottom. We also noticed many guests just using it to soak their feet. Breakfast variety and taste were relatively average – nothing exceptional, just adequate. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, and the food quality was, again, only average. While it is a branded hotel, the facilities and their maintenance definitely need improvement to attract repeat guests. Overall, it's still an acceptable stay.

The hotel is truly beautiful, the service is excellent, and the scenery is also stunning. I made several requests, and the staff promptly delivered everything to my room. They even added me on WeChat in advance and provided all the necessary information beforehand. It's significantly better than the Anlan Daxi Hot Spring Hotel I stayed at the day before, and much more affordable. This hotel offers fantastic value for money; the price perfectly reflects the quality of the rooms and the overall environment!

Once booked through Ctrip, the concierge immediately followed up with service, which was truly excellent. They even asked if I preferred a quiet room and confirmed it was arranged, which was very considerate. The room itself was really good; pull back the curtains and you're greeted with mountain views... Honestly, the bedsheets had bloodstains on them. I didn't take a photo, but I strongly suggest the establishment pay more attention to cleanliness!!! The bed was very soft, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on a soft bed for a few days occasionally. The overall hotel environment was pleasant, and there were parking spaces available even on the weekend. Finally, regarding breakfast: it was very simple but tasted decent enough. Given its mountain location, one shouldn't expect gourmet; it was sufficient to fill up. Getting to various attractions is very convenient, provided you have your own car.

Nestled amidst mountains with a babbling brook and backed by a lush bamboo forest, the hotel boasts an outstanding location. Guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, an open-air BBQ area, a jungle-themed KTV, a tea room, a chess and card room, a gym, and a billiards room. The service is attentive, and housekeeping is prompt. This makes it an ideal choice for family trips.

The cleanliness of the room was truly appalling. The bathroom toilet wasn't a bidet and reeked horribly; it was so disgusting I didn't even bother taking a picture! I even boiled a kettle of water and poured it down the toilet upon arrival, but the stench persisted. The air conditioning vents were covered in dust, and so was the headboard – I was genuinely worried dust would fall on me while I slept. My child even got their foot cut in the outdoor pool; the last picture shows a broken tile that could easily injure swimmers. The room's facilities were incredibly old and outdated, and the bathroom/shower door wouldn't even close properly. Considering the price is comparable to a five-star hotel, the level of hygiene was genuinely unacceptable. There were noticeable stains on the sheets and duvet covers. We requested a bed rail, and it was absolutely filthy as well. Furthermore, the two bedside power outlets were so loose my phone charger kept falling out. The hotel breakfast was barely adequate, just enough to fill you up, with very limited options. All in all, this is hands down the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Additionally, right outside the hotel, you'll find numerous local eateries serving delicious farm-style food. Overall, the dining, accommodation, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel service was also excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The swimming pool is a definite highlight and incredibly photogenic. The kids absolutely loved splashing around in the water, and lying on a poolside lounger in the evening was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. There's also a billiards table in the lobby, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing.

So glad we finally found a family room perfect for our two kids. Since middle schoolers still need their own space, having two separate bedrooms was fantastic! The master bedroom's floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view! The location is a bit remote, making it ideal for those driving, but it's also the perfect choice for anyone seeking peace and quiet. It was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. There's also stream trekking and some great restaurants nearby. They offer free TV channels! This was a nice touch, as sometimes all you want to do is unwind in your room. Overall, highly recommended.

The room was spacious, boasting stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a small tatami table. It was lovely to sit by the window and enjoy some tea. The hotel breakfast was also good, especially the poached chicken dish, which was very flavorful. However, the overall service was mediocre. Although we had a butler, their responses were not timely. For instance, we had requested a bed rail, but it took an unacceptably long time to be installed. When we finally inquired, we were told they were out. After further prompting, they claimed they'd retrieve one from their main storage, and it wasn't put in place until well past 11 PM. Additionally, the hotel lacks an indoor children's play area, making it not particularly family-friendly.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The silk bedding was incredibly comfortable, especially in summer – I honestly think the hotel could sell it! The outdoor pool was a good size, and at night, we could enjoy seeing many stars. A major highlight was the small stream just 300 meters from the hotel, ideal for playing in the water. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast variety could be improved.

After being overwhelmed by the sheer number of hotel options in Anji, I stumbled upon this one and immediately booked a two-night stay. I was primarily drawn in by the hotel's own pool and the unique LOFT room design. The hotel boasts a wonderfully quiet location, nestled on a small hillside and surrounded by lush greenery. From our large window on the third floor, we had a magnificent view directly overlooking the pool and the majestic mountains beyond – truly breathtaking scenery. The room layout was also excellent, particularly ideal for families with older children. My son had his own space upstairs, ensuring privacy for everyone. However, the overall soundproofing was a bit lacking; we could clearly hear the children next door making noise at night. I'd also suggest improving the privacy in the shower area. The pool was quite spacious, though perhaps because it's outdoors, the water quality wasn't as pristine as an indoor pool. One more suggestion: for a hotel of this size with so many rooms, the breakfast area is surprisingly small. During peak times, even slight ones, we had to wait ages for a table, which really lowered the overall experience. Despite these points, our overall stay was still positive. The hotel is conveniently located close to several popular attractions, including Xianlong Gorge Rafting, Waterfall Cafe, Monet Garden, and Yunxia Lakeside, all within a 10-minute drive. There are also natural stream-trekking areas nearby.
