Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

Resepsiyon ve restaurant personeli de çok kibar. İdarenin yanliş bir tasarrufu var, bir türlü diş bakim seti konulmuyor. Daha öncede kaldığım bir otel, merkezi konumuna rağmen çok sakin bir noktada, gürültüye maruz kalmıyorsunuz. Restaurantta fırın sütlaç idare ederin bir tık altında. Tavuk şinitzel ve salata güzeldi. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak irade eder ama malzeme kalitesi iyi. Yalnız börek tarzı bişey vardı pek bişeye benzemiyor.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Farabi In ANKARA. Staff were so kind to us. Every question that we had, were answered quickly by the hotel members. You can have delicious breakfast there. And, every thing in this hotel is safe. In addition, I have impressed by the way the receptions guide you about the questions that you may have both in the Hotel and the city.
