Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Otel Memorial Hospitalin hemen yanında. Giriş yapacağımız gün sabah gitmemize rağmen bekletmeden odamızı verdiler. Odalar çok temiz, büyüklüğü oldukça iyi. Yatak ve yastıklar rahat. Banyodaki malzemeler çok kaliteli. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli ve iyi ürünler servis ediliyor. Biz akşam yemeğinde pizza sipariş ettik çok lezzetliydi. Lobi katında starbucks cafe mevcut. Personelin tamamı çok kibar ve belli ki işleriyle ilgili de eğitim alıyorlar. Özellikle ön büro personeli çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. I would recommend his services and the hotel to everyone. He was very nice and caring. Thank you once again Nurettin Mutlugün.

Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. The first impressions of the hotel were really great. The lobby is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The entrance is beautifully decorated with (fake) flowers. Breakfast was very good - with eggs made on demand. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and kind - a wonderful way to start the morning. The location of the hotel is good. It is only about a 10-minute walk to an area of the city with a lot of good restaurants and some pubs/bars. The room was rather small, making it difficult when two people have suitcases. The bathroom was good with a very good shower, but minimal toiletries, so bring your own! But there is one very significant drawback to the hotel. It is very noisy. The windows do not keep out the street noise and there is a LOT of street noise. We had two very poor nights' sleep in the hotel as a result. In addition, because the weather was warm for October - and the hotel had turned off the AC for the year - the rooms were very hot, making sleep very difficult. So, a lovely hotel for a different time of year. If you are staying here, be sure to ask for a quiet room. It will surely improve your experience.

Prix très correct, au cœur d'Ankara !!! Chambre avec balcon privatif pour moins de 20 euros la nuit, très intéressant . Seul petit point noir sont un peu les sanitaires mais pour ce prix on peut pas tout avoir . Personnel très accueillant .

Otele girdiğimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı değerli arkadaşlar bize odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler odaya girdiğimizde birçok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha konforlu ve temizdi ayrica oda içindeki jakuzi zamanininizi daha iyi geçirmeniz için gerçekten mükemmel bir aktiviteydi genel olarak beğendik Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayi tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önereceğim . We stayed 4 days in this hotel. Our room was in the corner of 4th floor with windows in 3 sides of the room so we had a very light room with very good view to streets around. The room was very clean and most of the staff were very halpful although they didn't speak english ( we sometimes communicate via goodle translate if it was necessary). Breakfast was more than excelent if you consider the price. The hotel is about 5 min walk from bus stations that had buses to almost every part of the city and also very near to metro station. There were a lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel too. We were completely satisfied with our stay there. Hotel is not luctury at all but very comfortable and clean and affordable. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for three nights, and could not have been happier with the comfort of the room, the COVID-cleanliness and precautions they took, and - most of all - the service from the staff. I needed help with an international call and in booking a ferry after I left the hotel: they helped with both. And they didn't need to ... my international call didn't go through from the room (probably my goof), and they placed the call for me. When I had tried to book a ferry to Istanbul on a website that kept finalizing the transaction in Turkish, they helped me sort out the inputs. AND when my US credit cards were not accepted, they even booked using a corporate card, and added the expense/no surcharge, to my room. Finally, when I left my camera in cab after leaving the hotel, they worked with my (future) tour leader in identifying the cab, holding the camera for me, and mailing it to me forward on the trip. They didn't have to do any of this: I'd already left the hotel ... but they were excellent in helping me out. The location is good, per the other reviews, but what really makes them stand apart is how they genuinely take care of the hotel guests both in general property conditions as well as making the stay a comfortable one.
