There's not much to complain about the hotel because it's a budget hotel. The lady at the reception however, wow. 1. She will ignore you at the reception constantly on her phone until another member of staff points to her There's a customer waiting. 2. She tried to scam me out of 100TL during my requested PCR test, saying it's 350 whilst I already knew the price. During my last day at the hotel she sent the cleaner to tell me to checkout at 10:30am then called me at 11am even though the checkout time is 12pm. During checkout she charged me for the complimentary snacks and water in the room when I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager.
