Excellent service. Quick check in and luggage carried to my room (a rarity these days!). Restaurant is attached. Food was good. Room was excellent, if a little small, but had all the basics including a fridge. Good clean bathroom. Parking is on-street, but immediately out front of the hotel. My room (toward the rear) was quiet - no traffic noise. A/C worked very well.

首先，樓下24小時吃飯的餐館味道非常不錯。點的披薩，比披薩店的好吃。還有烤肉，和漢堡，非常好吃。 其次，前台服務也可以，房子也比較大。唯一缺點就是房子沒有燒水壺，最後去前台借了一個。 最後，拜訪客戶，在工業園附近。非常方便。需要出租車給前台說了，幾分鐘就過來了。

Внезапно оказалось что отель в центре города. В 600 метрах Старбакс и напротив него SR Doner – очень вкусная шаурма. В полутора километрах замок Анкара. Завтраки не разнообразные, так себе, но есть можно. Вроде бы бесплатно чай наливают в течение дня по запросу в баре на первом. Но рядом был Старбакс, ходил туда за апельсиновым соком и латте.

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Prix très correct, au cœur d'Ankara !!! Chambre avec balcon privatif pour moins de 20 euros la nuit, très intéressant . Seul petit point noir sont un peu les sanitaires mais pour ce prix on peut pas tout avoir . Personnel très accueillant .

Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, Flure im Hotel ziemlich dreckig, das Zimmer war ein wenig sauberer aber man hat an den Spiegeln gesehen, dass nicht mit sauberem Wasser geputzt wurde (überall Schlieren). Immerhin war die Bettwaeche sauber. Leider wurde nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen bereitgestellt aber auf Nachfrage noch ein paar nachgereicht. Klimaanlage ging nicht und auf Nachfrage ist hier auch nichts passiert. Nachts ist es sehr laut aufgrund der anliegenden Bars und deshalb bis ca 1.30 Uhr morgens nur schwer an Schlaf zu denken. Top ist jedoch die Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone und es gab Parkplätze vor Ort.

Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future
