Old style hotel still using actual steel keys for the rooms instead of plastic. Room was comfortable and location was good. Good value for the money. Close to Trader Joes and several other restaurants and couple of miles from downtown Ann Arbor
Biggest negative is shower water temperature can surge and drop rapidly, probably when someone flushes toilet nearby. Breakfast is free and worth about what you pay for it. Biggest annoyance is hassle of needing wi-fi code that changes late at night every Sunday...after office closes.

地理位置優越在安娜堡大學體育館正對面，安全，可以圍繞體育館跑步一圈大約一公里。房間屬於現代簡約風格裝修，開敞式廚房與卧室相連。佈局大面積。衞生間去掉了不實用的浴缸，空間較大氣，但沒隔斷的洗澡間我不是很喜歡。有個最大問題是樓板比較薄，走重點就感覺樓板在動。其他的都比較好的。

酒店對面是Red Lobster,還有一家日料。酒店房間很寬敞，在組合沙發與床之間做了小隔斷，很不錯。 早餐的地方和泳池是連着的，可以把食物拿去泳池邊吃。不過服務一般，前房客留在冰桶裏的垃圾漏清理，放床上的一件衣服被團起來扔在電視機櫃上，可能旺季太忙了。

We only stayed here because we had expiring points with Choice, so it was free. This placed was the definition of average. Just because a hotel is at the lower end of the spectrum, it doesn't mean that it has to be drab and uninspired. Our room felt tired and out of date. The handle for the sink faucet was broken and not working properly. There were several pillows, but they were all kind of the same and none were comfortable. However, the biggest problem was the noises. The mini fridge had a constant hum all night. Occasionally it would get covered up when the heat roared to life with its deafening sound...it also blew the window curtains all over the place. The sound was so loud it would interrupt our sleep throughout the night.

This Inn is easily accessible from I-94 and is located only minutes from the University of Michigan, shopping and downtown Ann Arbor. There are also many restaurants in the area.

I stayed here 7 days, it made me felt like a home. Everything is good. Nice stuff and clean area. It’s very convenient to go everywhere. Nice coffee room but I wish when I come back next time the hotel could provide breakfast.

He spoke with the manager and got back with us. The customer service and helpfulness was top notch. I would highly recommend this location and the friendly people.

Clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I travel a lot and I like to stay at Staybridges for the kitchens, so I can cook for myself instead of earing out constantly. Staybridges have all the cookware, silverware and dishes. Dishwasher and full size fridge. The staff was always smiling and the breakfast lady was so nice and bubbly. I will be back!

PPengguna TetamuI think the concept of this hotel is great. I love the idea of a calm place where you have the space to stretch on an exercise mat in your room. I loved the hot tub, it was wonderful. The size of the room was nice and the location was very convenient. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. A few suggestions to make it nicer, and why I didn't rate it higher are the following: the windows were very thin and the room was near a busy freeway, so we could hear cars zooming by, and it wasn't relaxing to lie in bed. It would have been nicer to soundproof the windows more. The refrigerator did not make anything cold, just cooler than room temperature. The restaurant was out of the one vegan meal, and there was only one person working the register, and cooking. I went once, and decided to leave before placing my order because they could not accommodate my dietary needs. I ended up going to a lovely nearby restaurant for the duration of my stay. I did like the fact that the meal was not included in the price, so I didn't lose any money when I chose not to eat on the property. The lobby also had a TV blaring abrasive cartoons some of the time, which also did not fit the theme of a relaxing environment. It would be nice to have calming videos of nature or something, to set the ambience when guests pass through to go to their room. Oh, one last thing that bugged me. There was no water in the room, only tiny plastic cups. The lobby had nicely infused water, with the same tiny plastic cups with no lids to put the water in, which made it difficult to drink more than a couple of sips. It was not portable, so I had to go buy bottled water in the store. Most hotel rooms have some bottled water in the room. I don't think I would choose to stay again, but I do love the concept, I just wish it was executed better.

PPengguna TetamuWe had such negative, disappointing experience at this hotel, from our check-in to check-out. As we had power outage, we decided to stay at this hotel. On Internet it said $155 for the room with two queen size beds. My husband called and made a reservation. Upon arrival we were told that there’s no room so we had to wait for a while. The front desk staff called my husband loud (she said “Smith!!”, not “Mr. Smith”) and we were offered a room with only a dim desk light working. The lights in the bathroom and bedsides didn’t work. Later, they explained that the electric company put a limit on their electricity use. We were told to use “the flashlight on your phone” to take shower. The room was cold no matter we set the temperature higher and not so clean (tired). At check out, nobody was present at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes and a staff came out reluctantly. She charged us $240. I asked her why and she said “because we didn’t have full electricity”. We are very disappointed because this hotel basically took advantage of those of us who needed a warm, lit place to stay during a power outage by charging $100 more that their usual price. The quality of the service and their hygiene standard were disappointing. My husband called Hilton customer service afterwards, but they were not nice nor understanding at all, transferred the call multiple times over 30-40 minutes. We have been a Hilton honors member but we will switch to Marriot. One last note: when we were waiting to check in, a homeless person with lots of paper bags came in casually, grabbed a paper cup in the breakfast room across the front desk, attempted to get some coffee from the dispenser. He put his cup back when he realized that there’s no coffee left. There were two staff at the front desk and one cleaning staff close to him but they really didn’t care, it appeared that this person was a frequent visitor.
