Hotel di Ann Arbor dengan Kolam Renang

Pagi hotel adalah baik dan ia layan diri. Meja penyambut tetamu di sini juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Sangat mudah untuk menaiki teksi ke sekolah.

Great customer service room was very clean and everything was working great

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. They had cookies at check-in that were more like a brookie. Yum! I liked the added touch of a personalized candy bar. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a beverage in the lounge after dinner. Katherine listened intently and made great suggestions. She covered the entire bar area and managed to do so gracefully and with a can-do attitude. I had a conference in one of the meeting spaces. I met Mary, attending to the bathroom, in the ladies' room. She was a gem! I enjoyed my stay and was surprised by all Ann Arbor had to offer. I plan to be back!

距離briarwood mall很近，附近有公交車，住宿環境比較衞生乾淨，就是早餐很一般

We only stayed here because we had expiring points with Choice, so it was free. This placed was the definition of average. Just because a hotel is at the lower end of the spectrum, it doesn't mean that it has to be drab and uninspired. Our room felt tired and out of date. The handle for the sink faucet was broken and not working properly. There were several pillows, but they were all kind of the same and none were comfortable. However, the biggest problem was the noises. The mini fridge had a constant hum all night. Occasionally it would get covered up when the heat roared to life with its deafening sound...it also blew the window curtains all over the place. The sound was so loud it would interrupt our sleep throughout the night.

We had such negative, disappointing experience at this hotel, from our check-in to check-out. As we had power outage, we decided to stay at this hotel. On Internet it said $155 for the room with two queen size beds. My husband called and made a reservation. Upon arrival we were told that there’s no room so we had to wait for a while. The front desk staff called my husband loud (she said “Smith!!”, not “Mr. Smith”) and we were offered a room with only a dim desk light working. The lights in the bathroom and bedsides didn’t work. Later, they explained that the electric company put a limit on their electricity use. We were told to use “the flashlight on your phone” to take shower. The room was cold no matter we set the temperature higher and not so clean (tired). At check out, nobody was present at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes and a staff came out reluctantly. She charged us $240. I asked her why and she said “because we didn’t have full electricity”. We are very disappointed because this hotel basically took advantage of those of us who needed a warm, lit place to stay during a power outage by charging $100 more that their usual price. The quality of the service and their hygiene standard were disappointing. My husband called Hilton customer service afterwards, but they were not nice nor understanding at all, transferred the call multiple times over 30-40 minutes. We have been a Hilton honors member but we will switch to Marriot. One last note: when we were waiting to check in, a homeless person with lots of paper bags came in casually, grabbed a paper cup in the breakfast room across the front desk, attempted to get some coffee from the dispenser. He put his cup back when he realized that there’s no coffee left. There were two staff at the front desk and one cleaning staff close to him but they really didn’t care, it appeared that this person was a frequent visitor.

Sangat menikmati Meg di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan Pengurus Besar bersedia membantu kami dengan apa sahaja. Berkat untuk mencari hotel hebat ini untuk majlis perkahwinan dan makan malam latihan. I think the concept of this hotel is great. I love the idea of a calm place where you have the space to stretch on an exercise mat in your room. I loved the hot tub, it was wonderful. The size of the room was nice and the location was very convenient. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. A few suggestions to make it nicer, and why I didn't rate it higher are the following: the windows were very thin and the room was near a busy freeway, so we could hear cars zooming by, and it wasn't relaxing to lie in bed. It would have been nicer to soundproof the windows more. The refrigerator did not make anything cold, just cooler than room temperature. The restaurant was out of the one vegan meal, and there was only one person working the register, and cooking. I went once, and decided to leave before placing my order because they could not accommodate my dietary needs. I ended up going to a lovely nearby restaurant for the duration of my stay. I did like the fact that the meal was not included in the price, so I didn't lose any money when I chose not to eat on the property. The lobby also had a TV blaring abrasive cartoons some of the time, which also did not fit the theme of a relaxing environment. It would be nice to have calming videos of nature or something, to set the ambience when guests pass through to go to their room. Oh, one last thing that bugged me. There was no water in the room, only tiny plastic cups. The lobby had nicely infused water, with the same tiny plastic cups with no lids to put the water in, which made it difficult to drink more than a couple of sips. It was not portable, so I had to go buy bottled water in the store. Most hotel rooms have some bottled water in the room. I don't think I would choose to stay again, but I do love the concept, I just wish it was executed better.
