Ulasan Nox Suite

The staff at the reception who managed my check-in and check-out was extremely rude and unprofessional to an extent that he ruined my stay and made everything else about this hotel that could have been pleasant insignificant. First, he erroneously gave me the wrong room. Stayed there one night until the other staff abruptly asked us out in the morning. We had to go through the excruciating process of packing and unpacking again, which costed us time and energy as we had to wait until our new room, which was ironically occupied at the time, was prepared. It really doesn’t matter to me that the first room was bigger than what I had paid for because the difference was just the number of rooms that were redundant to me anyways. Had I known I will be kicked out after one night and sacrifice almost half a day, I would not have taken the room or even booked this hotel. Second, while I checked out, the same staff seemed to charge me extra money without giving me any explanation and bluntly ordered me to provide a signature. I immediately asked him what this was for because I had made online prepayment before I arrived and the amount he charged me was well over 200 euros. I did not understand his explanation and soon he started yelling. His attitude was extremely hostile that I felt threatened and humiliated for kindly requesting an explanation that any customer deserves. Now I know that what he charged me was a belated deposit and there is nothing wrong with that. But I am extremely upset to fall victim to his condescending behavior. I have stayed at plenty of hotels in many countries, and never have I ever encountered such an insulting employee.

Отличные апартаменты в центре. Завтрак. Бассейн. Номера большие и чистые.

I’m second time in this amazing place. This time a came on my own, as I had my surgery. This place it’s like a second home for me. Such a lovely location. Hotel absolutely gorgeous, staff amazing, but special two , my absolute favourite. Efkan and Nilufer. Such a lovely people. They couldn’t do enough for me. Alway cheeked if I’m ok, do I need anything. Place is so clean and quiet. We definitely go back again next year and can’t wait for it. Thank you so much for everything 🙏😊 see you soon . Firstly nobody in the hotel speaks English and not in any shops or cafe in the area.This is a local Turkish area with heavy populated flats all around and no bars as no alcohol sold. The hotel is OK but the cleaning is average. The surrounding streets are filthy and the taxi service is laughable. Taxi drivers who do not know any venues in their own area and the driving well thats is something to behold !! First time in Turkey and the last so good luck if you stay in this area......No thanks !!

it's not a 3 * but a good 4 * with a big +. The apartment is very spacious with all the comforts necessary for everyday use. Clean, fragrant, furniture and well-kept interior. Front desk service at the highest level. Always willing to help, friendly and very communicative. We lived in apartment 106 where everything is kept at the highest level. The swimming pool is well-kept and, despite its small dimensions, the space around it is properly arranged. Today we return to this aparthotel again and probably for the last time.

We just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.

Booked this hotel in april for a family trip in august. On arrival i was told booking had been cancelled. They then admitted they had double booked my suite at a higher price. Had to find a new hotel. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Nox suites was an absolutely lovely place with an amazing staff. Koray, Sezgin and Efkan were all very helpful and friendly. The apartments are very spacious with househoId amenities. I strongly recommend

Pros:: Excellent and clean hotel. Smart and modern finishes. Location is in central Antalya. Very friendly and welcoming host. I had a washing machine, kitchenette and fridge/freezer in my 3 bedroom apartment . Free undercover parking. Cons:: Terrible Wifi. Very standard breakfast (you have to pay for eggs and fresh orange juice). I hope the hotel management can sort out the above cons. I will definitely book this place again and highly recommend
