Great location, but the room was a bit small. There are izakayas (Japanese pubs) nearby on the ground floor, so it can be a bit noisy/lively. The bathroom had a slight odor; I'd recommend bringing a deodorizer or air freshener. All the facilities were complete.

Fantastic local where you are accessible to Dotonbori and easy to travel by subway Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station. Everything was excellent except for an unpleasant encounter with a guy staff on luggage transfer, he asked if we could speak mandarin and he raised his voice at us to clarify delivery timing and cut me off mid-sentence/question. When asked politely not to speak in such manner to me, he explained that his impatient character is as such because he is just anxious to do his job. But the tone was uncalled for as if we were being yell at in the morning. We have already asked abt the timing during check-in by another staff but was misinformed. For eg, when I offer to give him the Japanese address of the hotel from the booking app, before I could finished my sentence, he cut me off and said he will translate it. When I showed him the address from my phone, he said, “oh there just function” and took reference from it. If he is only more patient to hear me out. We needed the service, so we will just oblige, there is no need to yell at us when we asked clarified to understand the situation. We just needed to retrieve more things from the luggage since it could be delayed (eg medication for my elderly parents). In the reception area, only his voice could be heard, that’s how loud. Perhaps he had a bad start in the morning, and irritated. With all honesty, he does not represent the hotel or their staff, this place is worth the stay for location, room and a common space to sit and enjoy coffee.

This hotel was a last-minute find, but I'm really happy with it. It's super close to Dotonbori, surrounded by great restaurants, and conveniently located near the subway. We booked a room for three people, and as expected, it was a bit snug, making it hard to fully open a 28-inch suitcase. However, the staff at the front desk on the second floor were very friendly. The breakfast area, also on the second floor, had a microwave and free drinks, which was perfect for grabbing a snack. Plus, all the essential amenities were provided in single-use packets, which was very convenient. I'd love to stay here again if I come back, though I'd probably book a family room next time, haha.

The room, though small, was incredibly comfortable and clean. The hotel also provided an impressive array of amenities, like hair ties, eye masks, skincare products, and bath towels. We left our luggage at the front desk for storage, and when we returned to check in, the receptionist informed us our bags had already been placed in our room! This was such a thoughtful touch! It saved us the hassle of dragging our luggage to the room ourselves. Upon entering, we found our bags neatly arranged. In the evening, I even used my own account to watch a Japanese version of Detective Conan without subtitles 😂. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

From the hotel check in to the check out. Things went smoothly. The room was clean and everything was there as promised.

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was super fast. They even thoughtfully recommended local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were surprisingly high quality. The soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well at night. Check-out was smooth and efficient. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The location was perfect! It was located less than 1 min walk from Dontonburi, perfect for heading back to the hotel to drop off your items or for a late night snack. The room was clean, but it was small, barely having any space to open up a luggage.

Good stay

The hotel room was small but really clean, and the hotel is located at the heart of dotonbori area which was super convenient for us to get around. It is also near 2 different subway stations which was another plus. The only thing was that the open lounge/shared eating space felt a bit cold and less welcoming.
