Ulasan Bilgehan Hotel

Receptionist met me with accusations of no payment, which had been not true, because i presented her a valid voucher. She was behaving very abusive and embarrassed me. Next day the price on this hotel trip.com rised twice, and the day after became 100 liras even more. I don't think the receptionist is in a control of price, but this one is really an international sabotage inciter. Wouldn't ever to recommend this hotel. The food is just a cheese, greens and olives. Really nothing to be worried about. I'm sorry to entry the door of this hornets nest.

I just needed a nice downtown hotel for a 2-day layover - and as such Bilgehan did great. Less than 30 minutes from the airport (the tram stop is just in front of the hotel), meters away from shopping streets and one of the most popular shopping malls, the location of this hotel is a dream come true. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, there are small details that I would be taking greater care of if this was my hotel, but they were not a problem as for the quality of my stay. Now, don't expect some luxury or sea resort functionality, this feels more like a business hotel and is an ideal downtown hotel in terms of location, room size and transport connections.

Çok kötü bir otel arıyorsanız Antalya’nın merkezinde buyrun bu otele gelebilirsiniz. İnanılmaz derecede odalar bakımsız. Resepsiyon güzel iyi hoş ama odalar berbat. Çocuklarımla beraber geldiğimiz ilk gece çarşafım yoktu veya çarşaf denilen bir şey yoktu yatağımın üzerinde. Perdem kırıktı. Banyo küflenmiş kapılar kırılmış. Gerçekten rezalet. Belki iyi olan tek şey Antalya’nın merkezi büyük bir AVM’nin karşısında.

Very good location. Close to everything you want

Burası yer olarak,tam merkezde ve her şeye kolayca ulaşabiliyorsun. Mark Antalya AVM'sinin tam karşısında olduğu için istediğin alış veriş yapabilirsiniz. Güler yüzlü resepsiyon personeli sizi karşılar ve gündüz geldiyse biz Can isimli "bellboy" sizin ne kadar valizin ve çantanız var ise hepsini alır götürür, böyle çok güçlü bir adam. Kazakistan adına çok teşekkür ederek minnettarlığımı bilirtmek istiyorum. Bu 5 yıldız sizin için çok azdır, 7 yıldız basaydım bu uygulamada. Neslihan hanım'a özel bir teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum!! في هذا الفندق عصابة من الاردنيين أو فلسطينيين من الاردن تمارس النصب والاحتيال على العرب. طريقة النصب هي ان يقف أحدهم عند باب سوق مارك أنطاليا MarkAntalya AVM لأصطياد فرائسه من العرب. هذا الشخص يوجه ثلاثة أسئلة دينية بسيطة ويوعد الضحية بهدية بشرط أن يأتي معه لفندق Bilgehan لاستلام هديته. وعند مدخل الفندق يأخذ صورة مع الضحية بجانب اللوحة الاعلانية لشركة SITA GROUP ويدعي انه احد اعضاء هذه الشركة. بعد ذلك يأخذ الضحية الى الطابق العلوي حيث يوجد مقهى مفتوح على سطح الفندق. وهناك يسلمه لشخص آخر بحجة ان هذا الشخص الثاني سيعطي الضحية معلومات عن أعمال شركتهم وليتم كسب ضحايا اخرين. الشخص الثاني سيشرح للضحية ان شركتهم تملك منتجع في شرم الشيخ اسمه Mirolla Resort وأن الضحية ستكون له الفرصة في امتلاك شقة في هذا المنتجع مقابل ان يدفع مبلغ شهري لهؤلاء الاشخاص. وبعد ذلك يأتي شخص ثالث من العصابة يدعي بأنه المدير المالي للشركة. هذا المدير سيستلم المبلغ الشهري من الضحية ويوقع معه عقد وهمي. ومن ثم يسلمه الهدية ، وهي ورقة مكتوب فيها عرض لسفرة لمكة نافذة لمدة سنة لغرض أداء العمرة. أنا لم تسنح الفرصة لتصوير كل الاشخاص ولكن أخذت صورة لأحدهم وصورة لمدخل الفندق ولكراسة Mirolla Resort . ان هؤلاء يشوهون صورة الفندق اذا كان صاحب الفندق لايعلم بهم. رأيت في احد المرات أحدهم يجلس في المطعم العربي الذي بجانب مدخل الفندق.

Keşke eksi puan verilse de verseydik o kadar kötü. otel zaten eski içeri girince bi sigara kokusu ve havasızlık karşılıyor uyurken kapıyı kapatınca sigara içmiyorsanız içerinin sigara kokusu ile uyursunuz. Kahvaltısı rezalet iki peynir iki zeytin fiyatı ile kıyaslayınca boş bi kahvaltı . Otelin heryerinde erkek birlikleri ile karşılaşıyorsunuz sanki askeriyeyi ziyarete gelmişsiniz gibi . Aile için kesinlikle uygun bi yer değil erkek arkadaşlarınız ile gelecekseniz kalabilirsiniz !!!!

Sehr schlechtes Hotel die Toilette stinkt nach Urin, die Dusche hat überall flecken. Die Bettwäsche ist nicht sauber. Waschbecken ist locker und man könnte es rausnehmen. Auf dem Boden sind Überall flecken. Auf nachfrage ob wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen gab es die Antwort gegen einen Aufpreis (was das doppelte vom Preis ist) würden wir ein neues Zimmer kriegen. Klima Anlage ist einfach nur Laut und funktioniert so gut wie Garnicht. Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben pure Enttäuschung.

Buzdolabı,televizyon yok.5 günde bir kez havlu değişti.kahvalti çok zayıf.to pahalı verilen hizmete karşı.sadece çok merkezi.oda da çay kahve ve ısıtıcı yoktu.

Staff are friendly and location is very good

Stayed for one night, and at 4.47 am someone opened my door by card. I screamed, and someone slapped the door. At the reception, they refused to check the video camera. At 5.10 I was forced to leave the hotel. Women, please Be aware. Strongly do not recommend it. Dangerous, not secured, not safe.
