Ulasan Yunliang Hotel

A good hotel in terms of price and quality. The room was not cleaned well enough, the carpet and windows need to be cleaned. The furniture is old and some things need to be replaced. There was no air conditioning in the room, we were immediately warned by a nice girl in the lobby. I was pleased with the heated mattresses. The location of the hotel is convenient and there is free parking for cars.

a hotel close to subway station, easy to get around, there are lots of restaurants outside. so you can have breakfast either in the hotel or outside. a complimentary water dispenser is provided in every room.

Wouldn't recommend...they charged me for toilet paper that they themselves put in the bathroom...why would you charge people for something that you have to provide lol

Very convenient to walking street, subway, and the airport is only 45 by subway as well.

will not come back again. the stay is not comfortable. it is an old hotel although location is quite good

hotel location and everything is fantastic .... hotel is clean cozy but when there is no sun then no hot water for shower.. this is need to be upgraded

This hotel is very close to Metro station and very convenient to take metro.The hotel provided drinking water 11.2 L bottle that is very satisfied to us!We are staying in this hotel ( 4 nights 5 days).During COVid 19 prevention and control period, we understand the hotel ‘s strict conditions. Hope next time again in Kunming!

The accommodation is located right opposite a metro stop and so is very easy to find. When I arrived it was undergoing renovations and I thought it was closed! Fortunately, an alternative entrance was being used. Check in was very quick and the room was more than I could have hoped for the price. It was big with a comfortable bed, the bathroom a good size with a good shower. A water machine was provided. Being next to a major road, there was some traffic noise, but not enough to disturb you unless you are a very light sleeper.

Good location near to subway. No heater and ac.

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的兩個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心。點了外賣也可以送到房間，很方便。特別是次日退房我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，酒店環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳有mini書吧，讓人感覺很温馨！！

房間有20多個平方不錯，乾淨衞生，沒有空調，服務員很不錯，就是碰到個前台，太無語了，酒店領導應該對前台裝個攝像頭，隨時看看他們服務，就明白了

前台服務態度極差，臉難看事難辦，餐廳煮飯大媽服務不敢想象，不戴口罩，還叭叭的對着鍋碗瓢盆説過不停，不問客人吃什麼直接就給你煮一碗丟在那，愛吃不吃的樣子，

超級破爛，超級臟舊。衞生間巨臭巨臟，發黴，掉牆皮，返潮。行政房地毯，臟的看不出來顏色。前台服務巨差！公共區域，甚至是餐廳，都有人在抽煙。早餐除了米線，幾乎沒東西。住着都忍着噁心。前台態度巨差，講話巨沒禮貌，一直翻白眼。比農家樂都遠遠不如。真心不懂攜程是怎麼給它搞到三鑽的！麻煩攜程睜眼看看吧！

針不戳！！值這個價,房間環境很乾凈整潔，前台服務態度很好，我們之前定的房型樓層低，前台小姐姐還很貼心幫我們升級了房間。很喜歡。酒店距離翠湖景區也很近。下次還會來的！
