Ulasan Exporoyal Hotel

The hotel is the worst i have ever been, never ever come to this place. The rooms smell so bad, the beds very dirty and damages all around the room. The bathroom is so dirty and the staff doesn’t care about anything. We have the worst nights of our life. This place ruined our entire vacation, there breakfast are so bad and not worth the money at all. The hotel manager and the front dest never smiled to our face, always very rude and they think they are providing a good service. No one in this hotel cares about the guest. Not to mention that we asked several times to check on the room because there is a very bad smell but no one did anything about it until i asked to change the room at night, but they didn’t had any room of the same criteria. They forced me a room that I don’t want, and they don’t give me refund to leave at least to another hotel. So we just left and stayed in another hotel without getting a refund, so that bad was this hotel that I couldn’t even stay the night. I don’t recommend anyone to come here because it will literally ruin your vacation.
