Generally good a little bit too cold the air conditioner doesn't work well and the bed is not that comfortable especially the texture of bed sheet

Hotel location is strategically located near the metro and walking distance to Chinatown. hotel is quite new. comfortable and hotel food is normal

Hotel room facilities and cleanliness are fine but the room allocated at the far end of the hotel that I lived was a bit noisy. It was due to quite close or adjacent to the railway path and the trains passed by every hour produced some annoying noises heard from the hotel room even when midnight time. It is interesting that the shower was semi-open style with one glass door; and the water could splash over the toilet floor.

A very nice trip there with warm smiles, inviting cuisine, soft bed and beautiful sunset.

Night shift staff was terrible very unprofessional unpleasant to work with. You will never ever want to be checked in by such person anytime

We had the best experience there while we were staying there from 15/8 to 17/8/2022. The staff members over there were excellent & amicable! Everything we found there was fabulous!

Nice place and good location to the trainstation. The bathroom was big (HC-room) but the floor was freezing cold. No heating or robes/slippers. Cost 5£ to store lugage before 3pm but that ok.

It is my second time I stay at this hotel. I choose over an other hotel across the street because that one was not clean. If the premises are not clean, I don’t eat from their kitchen. The location of Maldron is perfect, close to the center but also the universities. Gym is only open between specific hours, not 24/7. A pity! Service is bad. My badroom was dirty the first day, again! There were still hairs on the floor from the previous guest. You ask them to properly clean the room before assigning you a room. They suggested to change the room. I asked kindly to make that the room should be cleaned properly and that I don’t have the energy to change. Nothing changed.. only the bed was made everyday. That is their understanding of cleaning. Vacuuming and mopping the floor doesn’t exist in their dictionary. Oh and of course I didn’t go to the breakfast buffet I paid for on none of the days of my stay because of the above mentioned reasons.

It was fine. The room was clean and airy

房間不僅非常整潔乾淨，而且我的房間比較大，放三個行李箱也不會覺得房間侷促。 員工非常負責任，由於我的房子空調有問題，需要換房間，員工帶着我直到換到我喜歡的房間才開心。

房間寬敞整潔，衞生條件也很好。可以自主辦理入住手續，比較方便。但退房時間比攜程上顯示的時間早一小時，跟服務人員反映了他們也表示理解。可以免費寄存行李，服務很好。

房間很好，服務人員也很熱情。床墊枕頭很舒服。
