It was an unpleasant experience from Check-in til we got to our room. The guys who accommodated us from reception did not conduct a proper check-in for us. I asked them for a wifi password and was told I’ll connect when I get to the room. When I got to the room, no wifi password was found, TV was not working, and they did not give me my acknowledgement receipt. By that time I was already extremely fatigued. I had 4 people come and go to try to fix wifi and tv but were unsuccessful. I finally suggested to switch rooms 🤦🏻♀️ And waited even LONGER. It was such an UNPLEASANT experience, the staff that welcomed us were extremely unprofessional. HOWEVER, I would like to commend only 2 staff, namely, Miss MELISSA and Sir JERIC. They were the only ones who managed the situation professionally and made up for the others’ shortcomings. Despite how angry I got, they were the only ones who actually did something other than say ‘Sorry’. So huge Kudos and Big Thanks to them!
