The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the Residence Club perks were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was amazing and a great way to relax during my stay.

This is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
1. Location: It's located in Makati, which is a relatively safe and bustling area with a pleasant surrounding environment. SM Mall is right across the street, and within about a two-minute walk, you'll find a pizza place, a restaurant with flavors that appeal to Chinese palates, and a Lawson convenience store.
2. Hotel Service: The hotel service is also relatively excellent. They are generally cooperative in addressing any issues, and it's quite convenient to get a taxi from here.

Just wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM.

The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. Excellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome.
We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026
They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us.
At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards.
We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table.
We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it!
The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!Dari€ 94

Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I used to stay in this hotel since 2022 but this time the room cleaning is not done regularly. I stayed there 3-10/09/2026 and my room is cleaned only twice. I arrived at the room in the early morning, and there were 3 cockroaches in my room. I was so tired that I went to sleep. The next day I told the girl about the cockroaches, and she very kindly changed my room and gave me an upgrade. The new room was nicer, but guess what? In the bathroom, cockroaches were coming out in swarms from under the floors while I was taking a dump. I complained to the workers, and they told me, ”We can't do anything. The service throughout the stay was commendable, and the team was exceptionally helpful. When I experienced a couple of room issues—specifically a tight bathroom/room door that was difficult to open due to seasonal expansion and an air conditioner that leaked water overnight—the staff immediately offered to let me change rooms. While I appreciated their promptness and chose to stay put, guests shouldn't have to face these kinds of upkeep issues in a hotel of this international brand standard.

My second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel during my business trip. The surrounding transportation was convenient, saving me time and effort for work travel. The room was clean and bright, the internet was stable, and the desk was very practical to use. Housekeeping cleaned daily at a set time, with attention to detail. I really enjoyed my stay at Eurotel! The location is great and close to everything. However, because it is on a corner near the highway, you can still hear the vehicle and jeepney horns from the busy road. Despite that, I loved staying here because it's right in Makati. I have a lot of comments regarding this stay.
First, our booking was not honored. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator. I don't know if the receptionist read the note or not. Second, I don't know if it's just our room, but the card insert for power doesn't even work. Third, the AC is not very good. I tried using the remote to lower the temperature, but it didn't change at all. I asked for assistance, but they just changed the remote. It did get a little colder, but the AC unit seems old. Fourth, they have a shampoo dispenser, but there was no shampoo inside. Fifth, there were loud noises coming from the pipes outside our bathroom window, which was annoying. Lastly, expect noise since it's right beside a busy road. Even the TV remote doesn't work; I had to manually click the buttons on the TV monitor to change channels.
One good thing about our stay: the beds were clean. That's all. I hope they can improve their rooms for a better stay.Dari€ 22
