首先酒店房間非常乾淨整潔，推開門進屋會有一股淡淡的花香，然後房間的自動窗簾會自動拉上，保護客人私隱。房間是現代的裝修，寬敞明亮而且設備都很新，衞生間非常乾淨有做到乾濕分離。入住體驗非常好，一點不遜色於長白山上面的兩家温泉酒店（主要是價格真的很親民啊！！！還是冬天長白山旅遊旺季）早上7點開始會有簡單的早餐供應，方便早起去長白山的遊客們。另外酒店大堂還有免費的菊花茶，薑茶和咖啡給客人驅寒。 然後是酒店的老闆人真的非常Nice！！！（點名表揚）我和我對象中午十二點半退房，然後是下午一點半的高鐵回家，本來時間已經是有點趕了，然後我們在酒店還叫不到網約車（叫了得有20分鐘，來過長白山旅遊的朋友應該都知道這嘎達的交通情況）。老闆大哥看到我們很着急就過來問我們咋回事，説這塊不好打車，時間緊急他直接給我拉過去（本來老闆在待客喝茶的，知道我們情況之後直接起身出發）。一路風馳電掣，8分鐘從酒店到了長白山高鐵站（順帶一提酒店到高鐵站距離是比較近的）。然後一過安檢正好開始檢票，我們也是順利的坐上了回家的車。因為時間緊張，感謝的話來不及當面説了，就在這裏給老闆一個大大的好評啊哈哈哈哈哈哈！（拋去主觀因素，酒店房間素質確實也是硬）祝老闆大哥身體健康！！！生意興隆！！！ 不是互聯網水軍刷評論，評論純手打！！！希望也能給準備來長白山玩的小夥伴們一點參考！ 最後，在酒店對面有一家鐵鍋燉還挺好吃的，不過我們兩個人吃不完，打包帶回了酒店，沒想到在第二天去到酒店餐廳大姐給我們熱了菜，還送了兩個大米飯嘻嘻嘻。

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

傾情推薦遊玩長白山必住的酒店，原因有以下幾個 1 地理位置超級方便，就在長白山北坡集散中心旁邊，走路衹需要5分鐘，去二道白河鎮繁華街區，走路10~15分鐘 2 酒店設施齊備，在小鎮上算是最好的一家，應該是原來的別墅改造的，但是設計風格非常出色，很有品味，秋冬天來有温泉 3 服務一流，管家很早就加了微信，提供各方面的便利服務，對於來景區人生地不熟的，可以做很多提前的準備 4 體驗感非常好，我們是國慶節來的，這個季節二道白河子非常的美，可以説如在畫中，旁邊就是國家一級保護動物中華秋沙鴨公園，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎 我是攜程鑽石會員，住過很多酒店，也有條件更好的，但是我覺得，在這個季節住進這個酒店，絕對給了最好的感受，必須給高分，開始也曾猶豫過，這個酒店的分數不算特別高，很顯然看到沒有在平台運做高分。開始也曾想低一點價格住進另一個五星温泉酒店，但是現在看來，選擇是完全正確的

Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised. Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better. Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside. Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out. Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment. Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach. Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

我訂了2張單共住了5日4夜，酒店免費升級了頂樓陽台房，景觀一流，打掃十分乾淨，酒店很新，硬件很好，大堂經理黃書芬、Henry羅必藝、咖啡廳/2樓朝鮮餐廳那位戴大眼鏡藍色制服的小姐都很專業，有問題即刻解決，辦事效率高。酒店位置不錯，距離景區老山門通道和滑雪塲都只是8分鐘車程左右，酒店有景區vip權，衹要提前一天在禮賓部預約進北坡景區時間，酒店會給一張vip權單子和安排車送到老山門通道，帶着自己買的景區門票和單子就可進景區。我訂的房間套票還包括曲奇餅、大堂咖啡廳每天2杯咖啡、每天酒店對面温泉門票、滑雪場門票、200元酒店2F朝鮮餐廳券、高鐵站接送，性價比十分高。和酒店合作的温泉就在酒店對面步行1分鐘就到，十分方便。如果想玩滑雪或其他東西，就可以找管家或大堂禮賓部安排。如果不想清潔房間，清潔阿姨會將一袋拖鞋、水、廁紙、牙刷等用品放在門口，臨離店前一晚，酒店會送一袋蘋果、飲品、酸奶給客人，另外衣櫃內的浴衣有個紙牌寫着，如果客人想帶走浴衣，可告訴酒店，他們會送全新的浴衣給客人，做法十分大方。浴缸比正常浴缸還長和大，浸浴舒服。2樓朝鮮燒烤用炭，十分不錯，1樓自助火鍋的羊肉十分嫩，蝦十分鮮甜，一定要試。滑雪場有酒店快速通道。 建議:廁所掛大毛巾、浴衣只有一個，如能在浴缸旁或門後再加1-2個會更好。2個房間之間的門，建議加層隔音棉。 如果下次再來，必定再訂這酒店。
