Pros: - decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner. - they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay. Cons: - if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel. - room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room. - no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one.

Great place to stay! Centrally located, easy check-in/out, spotlessly clean (rooms cleaned daily), lovely and helpful staff, and very reasonably priced. We used the lockers on our last day to store our luggage, which was really useful. Will visit here again!

The least to say is that this hotel has known better days ... very long ago! The rooms are gloomy lit, furniture and curtains outaged, floorcarpet with numerous dirty spots, bathroom is extremely basic and the worst is the heating: I arrived in the room at 6 p.m. and the heating was off, temperature was probably around 15 or 16° - only after a couple of hours it was better, but though put on maximum, I hardly could get more than 18° during the night. Breakfast, for 23€, was spartan; scrambled eggs and bacon were cold.

Friendly counter and allowed to go to my twin room 4 hours early. Very clean hotel with towels and water supplied. No kettle but I think this must Bea Belgian thing. The station is opposite but it is 20 min walk to the old town. Fine for me but some may want to be nearer. The walk there is the main shopping street. Overall I think it was great value. As a note to other guests, and I always write this, please be more considerate when talking in the corridors especially before 8am. Whisper, your voice echoes and sound meds like you’re shouting. And don’t allow to doors to slam shut!!

This is a really a nice four star’s standard hotel with good breakfast and excellent service from the check in front desk, just 2 minutes walking distance from Antwerp central station. This area is easier for any tourist visiting the city centre of Antwerp and even the China town is nearby. If you have to travel from there to France or Netherlands or Germany, there are a good railway connection every 1-2 hours. Really suitable for backpackers or some relaxing plan holidays

The location is perfect as this the hotel is just beside the Antwerp Centraal Station which has easy access for trips to the Airport aa early as 5am. Hotel is quite new with fully digital control of the room. The problem encounterd during our overnight stay is that the aircon cannot cool enough, i think they were in the process of fixing it. You cannot open the windows as it is fully sealed so you cannot use the outside air to help cool the room. Value for money stay.

Small, clean, affordable hotel located next to Central station. The room was basic but cute and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a double bed with a twin bed bunk bed above which was perfect for our family of 3. There’s soap and towels, but no shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, or aircon. The window opens only a few inches, unless you get them to unlock it. We brought a portable fan, so that helped on such a warm day. There’s a Lidl supermarket next door and a cafe a block away. A couple blocks away is the diamond district with an interesting mixture of Hasidic Jews and middle eastern Muslim immigrants. The city is very walkable from here. From the station, the Meir is about 10 minutes walk and the Grote Markt is about 20 minutes.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. The check-in process was a bit long due to an issue with the visibility of my advance payment made the day prior. However, once this was resolved, we were treated to complimentary refreshment drinks in the check-in area, which were most enjoyable. The lounge and bar boasted a modern, chic design. Before booking this hotel I had read some reviews mentioning the loud music in the lift. This was no longer the case. I was a bit disappointed to find that DJ's were only present at the bar on Fridays. I did not have breafkast during my stay, I may reconsider on my next visit. The room was ultra clean, the bed was super comfortable. The overall experience was positive, and I look forward to my return.

Een prima hotel. Prijs/kwaliteit was okay. De kamer was prima en zeer schoon en het bed was prima. De douche was wat minder. Wanneer je de mengkraan op dezelfde stand liet staan voelde het als een ijsbad, de seconde erna werd je vel van je rug geschroeid, maar gelukkig werd dit daarna weer goed terug gekoeld. Al met al, prima hotel. Het gratis wisselbaden arrangement erbij zorgde voor de ”working class” wellness experience!

Prettig verblijf gehad in het hotel. Het was schoon en netjes. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijtservice. Als enig punt van kritiek was dat het gebruik van het parkeerterrein niet vooraf door de reisorganisatie was kenbaar gemaakt dat het Euro 19 per dag bedroeg. Uiteindelijk de helft betaald. Tevens was er op de kamer geen informatiebulletin over de voorzieningen in het hotel. (kluis/ontbijt/telefoon/verlichting/afstandsbediening tv/schoonmaak)

I thought hard about giving this hotel a 3, but on balance think it is fair. In many respects it could score 4 but crucially the sound proofing and specifically the flooring to the bedrooms is inadequate. We were kept awake an hour the first night until the night receptionist kindly called the room above after midnight to ask them to remove their footwear / stop pacing. The second night closing doors above woke us briefly but then the third night there were comings and goings on our floor between several rooms around 3am for 45 mins and we heard it all. Hopefully the hotel will consider doing further works to mitigate this for future guests. Otherwise we found the hotel / bed comfortable, the mostly continental breakfast was fine (fresh juices, fruit, cereals, breads, meat / cheese & pastries) and the bar food did the job on the last night. Its a 25 min walk into the interesting / lively old town where we spent most of our trip, but reception will call you a taxi that costs around 15 Euros if that is too far or it is raining. MAS is worth a visit including the view from the top.

CCindyThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel. The room was spacious. Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black. It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :) Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon. Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud. Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

Very quiet location yet near Antwerp Central Station, the shopping streets and the city’s Diamond district. Rather big and clean rooms with TV, airco, great beds/pillows, clean bathroom, fridge would be nice upgrade. Great and helpfull staff. I leave before breakfast so can’t judge that. Great value for money,I find!

PPengguna TetamuWarm welcome. Nice clean & modern reception / rooms / bar. Bedrooms adequate size, clean, crisp white linen on comfortable beds. Smallish, but brand new shower room. Good quality 'pod system' coffee machine. Nice quality free toiletries. Not a lot of space for sitting / chilling and the bar shut at 8, but not a major issue as places to eat and drink til midnight within 50 yards, yet still quiet.. Three stars and better than the ( rubbish ) four star we left in Brussels. Would recommend this hotel

MMete ArslanGood location, near the central train station and close to restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was decent. The room was ok. The airconditioning didn’t work and it was pretty humid and warm at night. I reserved a room for myself and a friend one month in advance for an event in Antwerp Sportpaleis. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered it was not twin separate beds. The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful to change the room to separate twin beds. He made us wait until 1:30 AM in the morning to change into a twin bed room instead of one queen size bed. Please be more flexible and customer first minded.
