This is a delightful hotel, so close to the center of everything. The room is very well appointed, excellent sound proof, high quality mattress.

We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and sparkling new and clean hotel! Great service lovely products and a good stay. My Only comment was that the ‘plant based’ kitchen offered real bacon and eggs for breakfast. Stick to your principles! This felt very unauthentic. Tiny gripe for a beautiful hotel

旅遊的話絕對中心的地點，離各個景點都很近，而且酒店房卡套還是旅遊的地圖。挺好。早餐也不錯，是單點的，整個環境都很好。

在一棟老建築裏，自帶地下停車場，有充電樁，但住店也要額外付款停車費25歐元一天。酒店和房間都很有設計感，很精美，但面積不大，衹有一張小書桌，兩個人生活稍微有點鋪不開。

非常好的體驗。設施非常新，服務者態度也很好。 酒店內部陳設很棒！ 早餐整體來説，還是不錯的。酒店位置在市中心，出行非常方便。

房間很不錯，層高也很高，很有那種古堡的感覺，然後服務也很到位，那個服務生一直幫我們抬東西搬到房間，我們還給了他五歐的小費

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Check in & out was very easy & fast. Lovely, spacious room (no view, but ok) and nice beds. Mini-bar included! Hotel bar is fine, some bites available too. Breakfast was fine, plenty to choose from. Surrounding is also great: near 'de Meir' shopping street and the more lovely, little streets with small local shops, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. Convenient to most major places. The shower did leak into the bathroom which was fine as it was all tile, just messy. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was ready before check in time and they will hold your bags for you prior to or after check out.

Wonderful property within walking distance to most activities. Great staff. Not so good- plant based restaurant within the hotel.

Early check in possible, very nice staff, good coffee. Great location. Perfect!
