超級完美超級滿意的酒店！！！第一次來銅仁，這家酒店就在銅仁站旁邊，出站大概走十分鐘左右就到了，位置超級超級超級好！而且酒店很新，衞生沒的説！！！連我這種潔癖都感覺很滿意，還有一些打動我的小細節比如廊燈是感應燈，晚上上廁所不怕太黑摔倒等等，並且前台的小哥哥小姐姐們也超級有耐心很温柔，酒店的早餐也嘎嘎好吃！！！下次來銅仁還要住這家維也納！！！強烈推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

整個國慶假期入住過的酒店民宿中的最佳，沒有之一。且是全方位的最佳！ 裝修設計採用了地中海風格，圓潤的牆角，白色的真石漆，再糅合了巴比倫空中花園的設計元素，憑一己之力把銅仁這個四線小城的酒店審美品位拔高了一個層次。。 房間用品也是盡顯品質要求，大屏超清電視，全屋智能系統，衞浴五金，無邊際泳池，網紅天梯。。 非常佩服他們家的員工培訓和管理，服務周到，熱情而不過度，彬彬有禮，訓練有素，我説的不是哪一個人，是所有人！上至經理，下至保潔，均能做到，實屬不易。 最後補充一個我個人的意外收穫，酒店連廊處有個免費的桌球桌，讓我父母第一次體驗了這一運動，八十多歲的長者笑得跟個孩子，我亦幸福得無話可説。。

這是我住過最🈶特色的酒店了，整體古風建築風格，離中南門老街很近，出行挺方便的。酒店還提供古城旅拍民族服飾，拍照特別出片。由於我入住的時間比較早，前台小妹妹小汪辦理入住特別快，熱心給我推薦附近的美食，而且熱情的送我到房間。她的服務令我非常滿意，而且是個很漂亮的小姐姐，下次還回來入住的！
